Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting non-tech roles (sales, support, operations, marketing);
- Proven experience hiring local candidates across Europe;
- English level B2 or higher for communication with candidates and hiring managers;
- Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer stage;
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while effectively managing time and priorities;
- Strong planning and organizational skills, result-oriented mindset, and ability to react quickly to changing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment for non-tech roles across different functions (sales, support, operations, marketing);
- Managing the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer preparation;
- Close collaboration with hiring managers to align on requirements and provide regular feedback;
- Conducting candidate screenings and assessing fit against role requirements;
- Supporting candidates throughout all recruitment stages and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
