To deliver cutting-edge products to our clients, we’re looking for an enthusiastic designer who isn’t afraid to ask questions, step into the user’s shoes, and uncover real pain points.

What you will do:

• Analyze requirements and create user personas, storyboards, scenarios, and flowcharts
• Develop information architecture and interaction design
• Design user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes
• Conduct customer interviews and usability testing
• Take part in business development activities: prepare client briefs and pitch meetings
• Communicate directly with clients and project managers
• Collaborate closely with the design team, fostering innovation and teamwork
• Work with developers to ensure design guidelines are followed
• Stay up to date with new technologies, industry best practices, and design trends

What we expect from you:

• Experience in designing digital services (mobile experience is a big plus)
• Knowledge of platform design guidelines: Material Design (Android) & Human Interface Guidelines (iOS)
• A strong design portfolio (Dribbble/Behance or similar)
• A good eye for color, typography, and composition
• Solid understanding of the design process
• Experience with Figma (our main tool)
• Bonus: familiarity with Principle, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Above all — a passion for design and people

You are our ideal manager if you have:

• Experience in creating content on the Instagram, LinkedIN
• Knowledge and understanding of Instagram, TikTok trends, key features, and tools
• Ability to work with light, sound, and video editing
• Experience in trend research, competitor analysis
• Ability to photograph and edit videos for social networks
• Experience in independently creating photo and video content on a phone or in Figma
• Creativity and understanding of Social Media algorithms
• Proficient in English — able to communicate clearly in conversation, write accurately without errors, and comprehend effectively.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Building a strategy from scratch and leading the company’s sales of affordable products on Linkedin, Instagram
• Managing Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook accounts
• Shooting and editing video reviews of services
• Generating interesting ideas for videos and implementing them
• Creating interesting and engaging content on the TikTok and Instagram platforms
• Developing scripts for content
• Coming up with scenarios for videos that gain views
• Posting and promoting videos on the TikTok & Instagram platform and other social networks
