Now we’re looking for a Creative Producer to join our marketing team🔥

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and briefs for performance ads.
• Work closely with UA and motion design teams to produce and test new creatives.
• Analyze competitors’ ads and market trends to find new growth angles.
• Work with large volumes of creative, performance, and market data to identify insights.
• Track campaign results, understand key performance metrics, and scale top-performing ideas.
• Build and optimize processes to scale creative production and improve speed.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 1+ years in creative production or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and user acquisition.
• Hands-on experience as a motion designer is a big plus.
• Experience writing creative briefs and working with motion/graphic designers.
• Experience using AI tools for creative production, research, or content generation.
• Comfortable working with large amounts of information, research, and creative testing data.
• Data-driven and confident making decisions based on results.
• Passion for social media, trends, and storytelling.

Now we’re looking for a Marketing Video Editor/Motion Designer  to join our marketing team and help us create high-converting short video ads promoting our own drama series.

Your mission

Create short vertical videos that make people stop scrolling and want to watch the full series.

You will:

• Edit short-form advertising videos (15 sec – 3 min) for paid campaigns
• Work in vertical 9:16 format (TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts style)
• Craft strong hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
• Structure scenes to maximize emotional tension and retention
• Add subtitles (mandatory for all videos)
• Use sound design, music, pacing, and cliffhangers to increase engagement
• Collaborate with UA / marketing team to optimize creatives based on performance data
• Maintain brand consistency across all promotional materials

This is not cinematic long-form editing.

This is high-speed, emotional, performance-driven storytelling.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing
• Experience editing short-form social media content (TikTok / Reels / Shorts preferred)
• Understanding of hook, pacing, retention, and scroll-stopping mechanics
• Ability to work with vertical 9:16 format
• Experience in color grading to enhance emotional impact
• Skills in motion graphics / text animation for dynamic subtitles
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
