    🔍 Role Overview:
    As a Senior QA Tester, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance efforts across our web platform. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to test new features, automate test cases, and ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and bug-free. If you're passionate about delivering flawless user experiences and have a deep understanding of modern QA methodologies, this role is for you.

    💼 Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the QA process for product releases, ensuring quality across all layers of the stack.
    Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases and frameworks.
    Perform thorough manual testing for new features and regression testing for existing functionality.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and validate functionality.
    Identify, document, and track bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues.
    Proactively improve QA processes and propose quality improvements.
    Mentor junior QA team members and uphold QA best practices.

    🔐 Requirements:
    5+ years of experience in QA testing (manual + automated), ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
    Experience with QA tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JIRA, and similar.
    Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
    Experience testing APIs and web-based platforms.
    Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
    Clear, concise communicator with strong documentation skills.

    Bonus: Experience testing hospitality or payment systems.

    🔍 Role Overview:

    As a Junior Product Manager with a Quality Focus, you will act as a key liaison between the product strategy and the development team's output. Your time will be split between supporting the Product team on feature discovery and documentation, as well as rigorous hands-on testing to ensure every feature meets the highest standards before release. You are the final quality gatekeeper.

    💼 Key Responsibilities (Product & Quality Blend):

    Product Management Support (Approx. 60%):
    - Assist the PM in writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements (PRDs).
    - Document new features and product changes in Confluence to ensure Rovo and other knowledge tools are up-to-date.
    - Support feature prioritization, manage the backlog, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
    - Monitor user feedback channels (Intercom, etc.) to identify pain points and potential bugs.

    Quality Assurance & Gatekeeping (Approx. 40%):
    - Perform manual, end-to-end testing on all new features, enhancements, and bug fixes before they are deployed.
    - Create clear, comprehensive, and reproducible bug reports in JIRA, and triage issues based on severity and impact.
    - Assist with full regression testing during major product releases.
    - Identify opportunities to improve product quality and testing processes.

    🎯 Requirements:
    - 1–2 years of experience in either a QA role, Technical Support role, or a Business Analyst role, with a demonstrated passion for product quality.
    - Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with a focus on spotting edge cases.
    - Familiarity with product and development tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
    - Ability to clearly articulate complex product issues and technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    - Curious, proactive, and willing to take ownership of product quality from concept to launch.
    - Bonus: Experience in the payments, hospitality, or SaaS industries.
