About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Prompt Engineer & Automation/Workflow Specialist with deep expertise in designing and optimizing AI prompts (ChatGPT, LLMs) and creating seamless workflow automations using n8n.io. Your role will involve fine-tuning AI interactions, developing automated business processes, and integrating various SaaS and self-hosted applications to optimize efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Prompt Engineering & Optimization

• Design and refine prompts for ChatGPT, LLMs, and other AI-driven systems to maximize output quality.

• Implement prompt chaining, context retention, and structured outputs for better AI responses.

• Develop custom AI workflows that integrate with internal tools and databases.

• Automation & Workflow Development (n8n.io)

• Build scalable, event-driven automations in n8n.io to streamline business operations.

• Integrate APIs, webhooks, and databases to enable real-time data flow across applications.

• Optimize workflows for efficiency, logging, error handling, and monitoring.

• Develop decision-making automation using AI and rule-based logic.

• Integration of AI & Automation into Business Processes

• Connect AI tools with CRM, marketing, analytics, finance, and operations platforms.

• Develop automated reporting, lead scoring, customer support responses, and data enrichment workflows.

• Implement AI-powered chatbot assistants that interact with n8n.io workflows.

• Data Handling & Optimization

• Work with structured/unstructured data, ensuring optimal AI input/output quality.

• Use vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for enhanced AI performance.

• Ensure data privacy, compliance, and security best practices are followed.

• Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Document workflows, prompt strategies, and automation processes for future reference.

• Continuously test and refine AI and automation systems for improved accuracy and reliability.

• Stay updated on AI trends, automation tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in AI prompt engineering (ChatGPT, GPT-4, Claude, Llama, etc.).

• Deep experience with n8n.io (or similar automation tools like Zapier, Make, Airbyte, Pipedream).

• Proficiency in API integrations, webhooks, and RESTful services.

• Experience in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for custom automation scripts.

• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL) and data transformation techniques.

• Understanding of AI token limits, embeddings, and fine-tuning techniques.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone, ChromaDB).

• Familiarity with LLM orchestration tools like AutoGPT or BabyAGI.

• Knowledge of workflow monitoring and logging tools.

• Experience with self-hosted AI models and deployment strategies.

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in networking, security, and infrastructure automation to help configure and optimize local and cloud server environments. This role involves configuring VLANs, implementing security best practices, setting up Traefik for reverse proxying, and deploying open-source applications. Additionally, you’ll create Ansible playbooks and Docker Compose files to ensure repeatable infrastructure setups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Configuration & VLAN Management

• Configure VLANs for efficient traffic segmentation and security.

• Optimize networking for performance and reliability across multiple services.

• Work with Unifi networking hardware (if applicable) to ensure smooth integration.

• Security & Access Control

• Harden server security, including firewall rules, SSH access policies, and intrusion prevention.

• Implement best practices for TLS encryption and authentication.

• Set up secure access for Harold, ensuring role-based permissions where necessary.

• Infrastructure Automation & CI/CD

• Develop Ansible playbooks to automate server and application provisioning.

• Write Docker Compose files for easily deployable services.

• Ensure Traefik is properly configured with Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates and dynamic routing.

• Application Deployment & Management

• Deploy and maintain Postiz, n8n.io, Superset/Lightdash (BI tools), and other open-source applications.

• Monitor service health and optimize performance across the stack.

• Implement logging and monitoring solutions to track service uptime and issues.

• Documentation & Collaboration

• Document all networking, security, and infrastructure processes for easy reproducibility.

• Work closely with Harold (the primary user) to ensure the setup meets their needs.

• Provide ongoing support and recommendations for further optimizations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong networking experience, including VLAN setup and traffic segmentation.

• Expertise in Linux server administration (Ubuntu/Debian preferred).

• Proficiency with Docker, Docker Compose, and Traefik.

• Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation.

• Understanding of security best practices for self-hosted applications.

• Experience deploying BI tools (Superset/Lightdash), automation tools (n8n.io), and other open-source software.

• Familiarity with Unifi networking hardware is a plus.
