What we expect from a potential candidate:

• At least 1 year of commercial experience as a BA/PM in IT;
• Strong understanding of the requirements lifecycle, including identifying, gathering, structuring, and analyzing client requirements;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

What you will need to do:

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements;
• Coordinating team activities and managing the project;
• Defining task priorities and allocating resources;
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders;
• Developing and maintaining project documentation;
• Controlling timelines, budget, and risks;
• Working on the project discovery phase;
• Evaluating results and optimizing processes.

Requirements:

▪️ 1+ years of experience as a Project manager in IT (preferably in outsourcing companies);

▪️ Experience in managing a development team: you can describe in detail the tasks for the developer;

▪️ Experience in managing 2+ projects;

▪️ Experience in managing software development teams;

▪️ Strong analytical and communication skills;

▪️ Experience with Agile // Waterfall methods;

▪️ At least Upper-intermediate+ English level (both writing and speaking);

▪️ Ability to implement projects within the plan, allocate budget, determine client expectations, and meet them.

Key responsibilities:

▪️ Collect and prioritize client requests;

▪️ Work closely with a BA team;

▪️ Create a roadmap and monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality;

The CGS-team is looking for an ambitious QA Engineer for HealthCare, Education, Booking, E-commerce, and Blockchain projects.

Required experience/skills:

• 0.5+ years of experience as a QA (experience in outsourcing companies will be a significant advantage);

• Upper-Intermediate+ English;

• Working with client requirements and analyzing them in any shape (design, doc, etc.);

• Figma design review;

• Knowledge and experience in load testing of web applications and REST APIs (Postman);

• Knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of client-server application architecture;

• Experience in releasing projects and features;

• Bug reporting (clear and short), writing test documentation;

• Bug-tracking systems (TestRail);

• Understanding the project’s main logic, being able to suggest and pre-analyze possible gaps and issues in the early stages;

• Understanding how to use different emulators and simulators for testing the mobile application;

• Flexibility.

Key responsibilities:

• Participation in the testing process at all stages of development;

• Planning the test process, creating and updating test documentation, analyzing test requirements, coordinating changes with developers;

• Writing bug reports, conducting retesting;

• Cross-platform manual testing: Android, iOS.

▪️ Розуміння контрактного права, ведення ФОП та юридичного супроводу команди;

▪️ Підготовка інвойсів та управління бухгалтерським обліком компаній;

▪️ Підготовка та розсилка шаблонів документів для спеціалістів, збір і верифікація файлів;

▪️ Супровід клієнтів: підготовка договорів, додаткових угод, консультації;

▪️ Юридичний онбординг та офбординг спеціалістів, внесення змін у контракти;

▪️ Комунікація з PM / BA щодо етапів проєктів та комерційної інформації;

▪️ Фінансовий менеджмент: відстеження транзакцій, звітування, проведення оплат;

▪️ Payroll: прорахунок виплат спеціалістів, робота з Payoneer.
