The CGS team is looking for an ambitious Business Analyst for projects in the HealthCare, EDU, Booking, E-Commerce, and Blockchain sectors.

• As for the domains, we work in HealthCare, EDU, Booking, E-Commerce, and Blockchain (NFT // smart contracts // DeFi).

Client locations:

USA, Canada, Europe, Singapore.

What we expect from a potential candidate:

• Experience in IT as a Business Analyst (BA) for at least 1 year (preferred);

• Understanding of the requirement life cycle (how to identify, gather, structure, and analyze client requirements).

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to explain the business logic of a product and each product feature down to the smallest details.

• Ability to present a project estimation proposal to potential clients in English, and explain the product’s business logic both in writing and verbally with potential clients.

• English level of at least Upper-Intermediate (both writing and speaking), and experience in business communication with native English speakers.

What you will need to do:

• Gather, structure, and prioritize client requirements in the estimation table.

• Explain the product’s business logic to the Technical Lead while filling out the estimation table.

• Present the Project Estimation Proposal during calls with potential clients.

• Explain the product’s business logic to potential clients, from the presentation of the first proposal to the start of development.

• Onboard and consult the development team on project requirements during the development phase, and ensure the project is implemented according to the agreed-upon product scope and business logic.

The CGS-team is looking for an ambitious QA Engineer for HealthCare, Education, Booking, E-commerce, and Blockchain projects.

Required experience/skills:

• 0.5+ years of experience as a QA (experience in outsourcing companies will be a significant advantage);

• Upper-Intermediate+ English;

• Working with client requirements and analyzing them in any shape (design, doc, etc.);

• Figma design review;

• Knowledge and experience in load testing of web applications and REST APIs (Postman);

• Knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of client-server application architecture;

• Experience in releasing projects and features;

• Bug reporting (clear and short), writing test documentation;

• Bug-tracking systems (TestRail);

• Understanding the project’s main logic, being able to suggest and pre-analyze possible gaps and issues in the early stages;

• Understanding how to use different emulators and simulators for testing the mobile application;

• Flexibility.

Key responsibilities:

• Participation in the testing process at all stages of development;

• Planning the test process, creating and updating test documentation, analyzing test requirements, coordinating changes with developers;

• Writing bug reports, conducting retesting;

• Cross-platform manual testing: Android, iOS.
