We are a fast-paced, multi-product company looking for a sharp, meticulous Operations Manager to act as the "Right Hand" to our Director.
In this role, you would be the architect of our systems and bridge the gap between our marketing, finance, and technical departments. If you are a logical thinker and enjoys the challenge of scaling a business through better processes, this is the role for you.

Your Core Responsibilities
- Marketing Support: You will be in direct contact with our marketing team and make sure that websites are not broken and check that there are no issues with our payment flows. This includes checking daily ad spend, ensuring tracking pixels are firing, and auditing our websites to ensure they are optimised for conversion.
- Payment Infrastructure: Manage the paperwork and applications for new Merchant IDs (MIDs). You will handle the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and build relationships with our acquirers and banks.
- Risk & Revenue Protection: Take full ownership of our chargeback management. You will analyze why they happen and implement strategies to keep our merchant accounts in good standing.
- Team Leadership: Manage our Customer Service department and ensure the marketing team has what they need to succeed.
- CEO Support & Liaison: Handle high-priority tasks and act as the primary link between the CEO, the accounting team, and the IT department.
Who You Are - Digital Funnel Knowledge: You understand the "path to purchase." You can spot why a website might be failing to convert and understand how ads drive traffic.
- The "System" Mindset: You likely have a degree in MIS, Accounting, Finance, or Marketing. You prefer automated systems over messy spreadsheets.
- Detail-Obsessed: You understand that a single error on a merchant application or a broken link in a funnel can have a massive financial impact.
- Highly Motivated: You don't wait for a to-do list. You see a problem, propose a solution, and execute.

This is a remote position but there is an opportunity to move to Dubai after some time if things go well.
