Celtara is a fast-growing Health & Wellness brand offering natural superfood-based, subscription-focused products that support gut health, liver health, immunity, and overall metabolism.
 

We operate on a D2C model via Shopify and work exclusively with the U.S. market.
 

We’re looking for a Media Buyer with strong Google Ads expertise who can drive performance, test and scale winning campaigns, and is interested in developing further in Meta Ads.

    Responsibilities
 

Plan, Launch & Optimize Campaigns

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads.
• Work with Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant Google campaign types.
• Test audiences, offers, creatives, and campaign approaches to improve performance.
• Gradually expand your work into Meta Ads and develop your expertise across both channels.
   

Work with Creatives

• Test video and static creatives and identify winning angles.
• Work closely with the Creative Strategist to improve and scale strong concepts.
   

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain clear reporting in Google Sheets and share insights with the team.
   

Scaling

• Identify high-performing campaigns, audiences, and creatives and scale them efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to find new growth opportunities.
  
  Requirements
   

Must-have

• 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign optimization and scaling.
• Experience working with D2C or e-commerce businesses, ideally with Shopify.
• Good understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, funnels, and key performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on campaign and business performance.
• Experience with testing different approaches, audiences, offers, and creatives.
• Interest in developing and expanding your expertise in Meta Ads.
• Confident use of Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
•  English (B1+) for daily communication and collaboration.
• Comfortable working with U.S. market hours. We’re especially interested in candidates who can shift their schedule to maintain overlap with the team until approximately 12 PM Los Angeles time.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Triple Whale, Elevar, or similar platforms.

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support & Fulfillment Lead to take ownership of our customer support and fulfillment operations.

This role combines team coordination, analytics, process improvement, and hands-on operational work. You will help ensure that customers receive high-quality support, orders are processed smoothly, and internal processes continue to improve as the brand grows.

What You’ll Do
 

• Lead day-to-day Customer Support & Fulfillment operations and help organize the team’s workload.
• Monitor key support metrics, including First Response Time, Resolution Time, backlog, and CSAT.
• Oversee fulfillment performance and help resolve delayed, stuck, lost, or problematic orders.
• Track chargebacks, refunds, win rates, and recurring customer issues.
• Analyze operational challenges and help identify practical solutions.
• Support and develop Customer Support team members through regular feedback and guidance.
• Improve customer service policies, Saved Replies, SOPs, and internal workflows.
• Coordinate with warehouses, fulfillment partners, and external service providers.
• Prepare clear reports on key metrics, current challenges, and ongoing improvements.
• Help evaluate team workload and identify when additional resources may be needed.
• Keep relevant stakeholders informed about important issues, risks, and progress.

What We’re Looking For
 

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, Operations, or Fulfillment.
• Previous experience as a Team Lead, Senior Specialist, Supervisor, or in a role with ownership of processes or a small team.
• Strong e-commerce experience, ideally in a Shopify-based business.
• Experience supporting or managing Customer Support agents.
• Good understanding of Customer Support metrics and service quality.
• Experience with fulfillment, shipping, warehouses, and order management.
• Experience with chargebacks, refunds, disputes, and customer claims.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working with Google Sheets / Excel.
• Experience creating or improving SOPs, policies, and operational processes.
• English - B2+.
