We’re looking for a Affiliate TikTok Shop Manager who can drive brand growth through the TikTok creator ecosystem by building high-performing creator partnerships, scaling affiliate collaborations, and turning engaging content into measurable sales.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt down top TikTok affiliate partners who can promote our products like pros.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers & creators.
• Support and motivate affiliates to keep them engaged and performing.
• Build and manage the TikTok affiliate program (commissions, tracking, payouts).
• Develop creative collaboration ideas for UGC and affiliate videos.
• Monitor performance metrics including sales, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, sounds, and content formats that drive sales.

Who You Are

• You have 2+ years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or creator marketing.
• You understand how TikTok algorithms and content trends work.
• You’ve built or managed affiliate or creator programs before.
• You’re skilled in outreach, communication, and partnership management.
• You’re both creative and analytical - you understand how to make TikTok content convert.
• Detail-oriented and organized - you’re good at keeping communication, partnerships, and follow-ups running smoothly.
• You speak English at a B1+ level.

📌 About the Role
 

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to help us scale creator partnerships across the U.S. market.
 

This is a performance-focused role, where influencers primarily create UGC content that will later be used in paid advertising across Meta and other acquisition channels.
 

You'll work closely with Creative Strategists, Media Buyers and CMO to identify high-performing creators, build long-term relationships, and continuously improve our creator pipeline.
 

This role also offers a clear growth path into a Lead position as the department expands.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

🤝 Influencer Management
-Search, select, and negotiate with influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creators

-Find creators capable of producing high-converting UGC content

About the Role

We are looking for someone who understands the entire ecommerce ecosystem around Shopify and can confidently work across subscriptions, tracking, analytics, integrations, checkout customization, retention systems, and operational troubleshooting.
 

You will work closely with the Brand CMO, marketing, operations, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure our stores operate efficiently and our data remains accurate and actionable.

Core Responsibilities
 

Shopify Operations

• Manage Shopify store configurations, products, collections, discounts, metafields, and Shopify Markets
• Support Shopify Plus functionality and checkout customization
• Troubleshoot store issues and improve operational workflows
   

Subscription & Retention

• Manage and optimize Recharge subscriptions
• Support failed payment recovery, cancellations, skips, swaps, and retention workflows
• Monitor subscription performance, retention metrics, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
   

Tracking, Analytics & Attribution

• Validate and troubleshoot ecommerce tracking across Shopify, Meta, Google, and attribution platforms
• Investigate data discrepancies and event tracking issues
• Monitor customer acquisition performance, retention metrics, and LTV trends
• Support reporting and KPI analysis
   

Ecommerce Systems & Integrations
