Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (Hybrid / Remote Possible)
Reports to: CEO (Denmark)

We are looking for an ambitious and highly skilled Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to work directly with our Danish CEO and senior management team.

About CC-Interactive

Founded in 2006, CC-Interactive has been an active player on the Ukraine and European IT market. CC-Interactive has HQ in Denmark with development sites in Ukraine, Greece and Bulgaria.

We have recently developed a state of the art solution for sophisticated Data handling and visualization -called Interactive SmartBoard and here we see a growing interest among customers and for this we need more business analysts to help us grow.

Our company has been operating in Ukraine for more than 20 years, building strong partnerships with both local Ukrainian companies such as Privatbank, Ukrsibbank, Ukreximbank, Pravex Bank etc and international organizations in Scandinavia such as Carlsberg, Lego, and KPMG. 

We combine Scandinavian management culture with deep local expertise and execution capability.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, IT, and executive leadership — with direct exposure to top-level decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Danish CEO on strategic and operational initiatives
• Translate business needs into clear, structured IT specifications
• Drive projects from idea to successful implementation
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across business and IT
• Ensure high-quality documentation and requirement management
• Coordinate with development teams and external partners
• Support executive decision-making through structured analysis and reporting

Professional Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or similar role
• Strong experience in writing IT specifications and functional requirements
• Ideally solid understanding of IT systems, software development processes, and business workflows
• Experience managing cross-functional and multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior management
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
