— JOB DESCRIPTION —

We’re seeking a UGC Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality user-generated content (UGC) videos. You'll be responsible for editing raw footage, refining pacing, enhancing visuals, and ensuring the final videos align with our marketing goals. Your work will play a key role in capturing attention, driving engagement, and maximizing conversions.  

In this fast-paced role, we currently edit 5-10 videos per week, with plans to scale to 20+ weekly. The length of the video will be a maximum of 40 seconds. You’ll help streamline the editing process while maintaining top-tier quality and consistency across all content. 

— RESPONSIBILITIES— 

✅  Cut, trim, and refine footage for seamless storytelling and strong viewer retention.

✅  Enhance UGC videos with engaging edits that align with our marketing goals.
✅  Add text overlays, captions, transitions, & motion graphics for clarity & engagement.

✅  Integrate AI-generated voiceovers to create dynamic content. 
✅  Maintain brand consistency across all content.
✅  Collaborate with creators & video managers to refine edits.
✅  Stay updated on video trends and platform algorithms to optimize performance. 

— REQUIREMENTS —

🎥 Proven experience editing UGC videos for brands, agencies, or performance marketing.

📌 Strong understanding of social media trends (TikTok, Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).

✂️ Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.).

🎨 Experience with motion graphics, text overlays, captions, & transitions.

🔊 Basic audio editing (voice enhancement, background music, sound effects).

📊 Detail-oriented with strong pacing, timing & aesthetics.

⚡ Ability to edit multiple videos per week in a fast-paced environment.

📊 Familiarity with A/B testing video variations for ad performance.

⌛ Availability: 30-40 hours per week.

🕰️ Fast turnaround: 24 to 48 hours.

Job Description:

We run a digital marketing company focused on affiliate marketing and Facebook ad campaigns. We manage multiple tools and platforms and are looking to automate repetitive workflows to save time and improve efficiency.

We’re seeking an experienced automation expert or developer to help us identify, plan, and implement automation workflows across different tools. This includes integrations, data syncs, report generation, and task automation using platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), custom scripts, or APIs.

Our team relies on various tools, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Canva, Claude, Google Sheets, Google Docs etc. and we need an expert to help us connect and automate these platforms for greater efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze our current processes and identify automation opportunities (we also have a list to share)
• Experience with no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com etc.) as well as developing custom solutions with scripts, APIs, webhooks etc.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Gmail, Clickup, Google docs, AnswerThePublic, Junglescout etc. and automating interactions between them
• Troubleshoot and refine automation processes for reliability
• Document solutions and provide recommendations for future improvements

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in workflow automation and process optimization
• Proficiency with no-code tools like Zapier and Make (Integromat)
• Expert knowledge of Python/other languages for scripting and API automation work
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data manipulation
• Ability to work independently and provide creative automation solutions
• Strong communication skills. Native/fluent English is a must.

Project Scope & Duration:

We’re looking for someone who can assess our needs, propose solutions, and implement automation efficiently. This could be a short-term project with the potential for ongoing work.
