Ukrainian innovative startup in the field of medical technology, developing home-based solutions for continuous health monitoring and early disease detection. The company is already running pilot programs in Ukraine and the USA, has support from international initiatives, and is preparing for active growth.

Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire production process  - from the timely supply of components to the shipment of finished devices. The main goal is to ensure a stable, uninterrupted production flow, adherence to schedules, and high quality at every stage.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, responsible, and organized individual who values structure, order, and quality above all else.

 Key Responsibilities

·       Monitor component availability and ensure timely ordering of materials

·       Coordinate the work of production, testing, and assembly teams

·       Organize logistics to guarantee accurate and on-time shipments

·       Maintain order and accuracy in the inventory management database

·       Analyze production performance indicators

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·       Availability of components to support continuous production

·       Percentage of defect-free assembled devices

·       Rate of devices successfully passing functional tests

·       On-time shipment compliance

·       Average time from component receipt to finished device

Candidate Requirements

•         Experience in organizational or coordination roles

•         Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and consistency

•         Ability to follow established procedures and maintain order

•         Zero tolerance for defects - only 100% quality is acceptable
