We are an ambitious US-based startup — https://call2action.ai/ — successfully operating in the call tracking and analytics market in the United States.

As we expand, we are now building a strong sales team in Eastern Europe and are looking for 3–5 Sales Managers who can own and drive the full sales cycle for our SaaS product.
 

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals
• Work with both inbound and outbound leads
• Build relationships with clients and understand their business needs
• Drive revenue growth and consistently hit sales targets
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams
   

✅ Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in sales
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle
• Experience selling software/SaaS products or working in an IT company
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and results-driven mindset
• Experience working with Eastern European or US markets

• Experience in the call tracking / marketing analytics industry
• Understanding of the European market
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment

💰 Compensation

We offer a performance-driven compensation model with strong earning potential:

• 20% Commission — for clients you independently source, manage, and close
• 10% Commission — for company-provided leads that you successfully close
• +30% Bonus — for closing annual subscription deals (one-time bonus on first payment)
