We’re looking for an SEO Lead to take full ownership of our Brazil market and grow organic traffic at scale.

Your role

You’re not just executing tasks — you own the SEO growth strategy for Brazil.

Your main KPI is organic traffic and Google Search Console performance, not reports or spreadsheets.

What you’ll do

• Own SEO strategy and execution for the Brazil website
• Find and test non-standard, budget-friendly, and growth-driven approaches
• Work with large-scale websites and aggregators
• Build and scale Programmatic SEO or manage thousands of pages effectively
• Identify growth opportunities and scale what works

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience with large websites or aggregators
• Strong understanding of Programmatic SEO (preferred) or experience managing large page volumes
• Strategic, proactive mindset with ownership mentality
• Focus on results, speed, and growth

Growth

This role starts with Brazil and has a clear path to Head of SEO across multiple markets.

• Translate product and technical ideas into clear tasks for AI agents
• Guide AI agents to produce production-ready code
• Review, refine, and improve AI-generated code
• Choose the right models and tools for each task
• Push features all the way to production

In short: you manage an AI-powered dev team that writes code for you.

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of web development experience
• 3+ months of hands-on work with AI coding tools
• Experience working with AI agents (not just autocomplete)
• Ability to read code and do code reviews
• Solid understanding of frontend, backend, and APIs
• Advanced English

Nice to have

• Built projects mostly or fully using AI
• Know how to optimize AI usage for cost and limits
• Actively follow new models and AI dev tools
• Experience with mobile development

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing growth in Brazil and help scale one of our key markets.

Your role

You’ll be responsible for Brazil’s marketing growth — from paid channels to campaign planning and hypothesis testing.
We’re not looking for someone who “just runs ads”, but someone who thinks in terms of growth, traffic, and efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Plan and launch paid campaigns:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
  • TikTok Ads
• Plan marketing activities around:
  • seasonality
  • local events
  • demand and traffic peaks
• Test hypotheses, creatives, audiences, and formats
• Work with analytics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, traffic)
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and local creators
• Propose and execute non-standard, cost-efficient growth ideas

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  (TikTok Ads is a strong plus)
• Solid understanding of performance marketing & growth
• Ability to plan campaigns, not just execute them
• Analytical mindset and results-driven approach
• Proactive attitude and ownership of a market
