FinDech.com is building several fintech products across digital payments, banking services, international transfers, embedded finance, and digital assets.
 

We're looking for a Partnerships Manager who will find the right financial and technology partners, analyze their offers, compare terms, and see partnerships through to launch.
 

This is a hands-on, operational role for someone who can research independently, reach out to companies, work with documents, and drive negotiations to a concrete result.
 

Responsibilities

• Find potential partners for FinDech's projects.
• Research available banking, payment, and fintech solutions on the market.
• Reach out to banks, EMIs, payment providers, BaaS platforms, KYC/AML services, and card and crypto partners.
• Request presentations, commercial proposals, pricing, and onboarding terms.
• Compare partner offers on cost, geography, functionality, integration timelines, and requirements.
• Prepare clear internal reports and recommendations on partner selection.
• Take part in negotiations and in agreeing commercial and operational terms.
• Coordinate document exchange, form completion, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain communication with partners during integration and launch.
• Maintain a database of partners, contacts, offers, and current statuses.
• Track new fintech solutions and opportunities to grow FinDech's products.
   

Who we're looking for

• Experience in partnerships, business development, account management, sales, or an adjacent field, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Ability to find companies and reach the right people on your own.
• English strong enough for calls and negotiations. A significant part of partner communication is in English.
• Strong business writing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze commercial proposals and compare terms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to run several negotiations in parallel.
• Confident with Google Sheets, Docs, and CRM.
   

Nice to have

• Experience with banks, EMIs, PSPs, acquiring, card programs, or international payments.
• Understanding of the basics of KYC, AML, compliance, and financial regulation.
• Experience completing corporate questionnaires and preparing onboarding documents.
• Understanding of BaaS, embedded finance, white-label, and API integration models.
• A legal background.

Deep technical or legal knowledge isn't required. What matters more is the ability to get up to speed on a new product, ask the right questions, and drive the process through to a result methodically.

This is not “a regular dev job with an AI assistant”.
This is a role for a person who thinks in systems, prompts, and outcomes, not in endless manual coding.

• Review, refine, and improve AI-generated code
• Choose the right models and tools for each task

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of web development experience
• 3+ months of hands-on work with AI coding tools
• Experience working with AI agents (not just autocomplete)
• Ability to read code and do code reviews
• Solid understanding of frontend, backend, and APIs
• Advanced English

Nice to have

• Built projects mostly or fully using AI
• Know how to optimize AI usage for cost and limits
• Actively follow new models and AI dev tools
• Experience with mobile development

Ми шукаємо Marketing Growth Lead: розроблятиме стратегію, відповідатиме за органічний ріст, вибудовуватиме систему виробництва контенту й керуватиме контент-командою.

Це роль із перспективою вирости в одного з ключових маркетологів компанії. Ми шукаємо не лише людину, яка відповідатиме за органічний контент сьогодні, а який поступово братиме на себе нові маркетингові напрями: креативну стратегію для реклами, запуск нових growth-ініціатив та пошук можливостей для масштабування продукту.

 Основні завдання

• Відповідати за органічний ріст соціальних мереж компанії (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube та інших платформ) на кількох міжнародних ринках.
• Розробляти контент-стратегію: формати, ідеї та гіпотези для різних ринків і цільових аудиторій.
• Керувати контент-командою: AI-контент-оператором, інфлюенсерами та мережею акаунтів.
• Ставити задачі, контролювати якість і аналізувати результати роботи команди.
• Вести економіку напряму: контролювати вартість виробництва контенту, ефективність форматів і конверсію органічного трафіку.
• Системно тестувати нові формати: фіксувати результати, масштабувати успішні рішення та відмовлятися від неефективних.
• Регулярно звітувати: аналізувати динаміку показників, робити висновки за результатами тестів і формувати план наступного циклу.

Your role

You'll join our SEO team and contribute to growing organic traffic for our Brazil website. This is a great opportunity to develop your SEO skills while working on large-scale projects. With AI tools by your side, you'll be able to handle complex tasks more efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Optimize website pages for search engines
• Research keywords and analyze competitor strategies
• Work with large websites and understand how to scale SEO efforts
• Monitor and improve rankings using Google Search Console
• Test new SEO approaches to increase organic traffic
• Collaborate with the team to identify growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of SEO experience
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals: keywords, on-page optimization, link building, technical SEO
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with large websites or aggregators is a plus
