This is not a narrow role focused on one task only. We want someone with a broad marketing mindset — a person who can work with ideas, angles, content, creative materials, and campaign execution.

TICKETS is a travel-tech product built by the bxnda.com team.

We create and grow flight ticket aggregators across 80+ countries.

Our focus is simple: help users find and compare flight deals across many markets. We work on growth, content, product, and performance marketing in a fast-moving environment where decisions are made quickly and ideas get tested fast.

What you’ll do

• Work on marketing ideas, offers, messaging, and campaign angles
• Help improve creative materials across social media, ads, landing pages, and other channels
• Research audiences, competitors, and content approaches
• Test different messages, formats, and creative directions
• Support campaign execution together with the team
• Use modern tools, including AI, where they genuinely help speed or quality
• Help us improve the overall effectiveness of our marketing

What we’re looking for

• Interest in digital marketing and strong желание расти в этой сфере
• Some experience in marketing, content, social media, copywriting, creative work, or growth is a plus
• Good sense of communication: you can tell what feels strong, weak, clear, or generic
• Ability to work with ideas, texts, angles, and creative tasks
• Curiosity, initiative, and readiness to learn fast
• AI tools experience is a plus, but not required
• English for work communication

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, ads, UGC, or landing pages
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, CapCut, Midjourney, Runway, or similar tools
• Startup or product environment experience
• Interest in travel, consumer products, or performance marketing

We’re looking for a creative person who can help us produce short-form ai video content for marketing and social media.

This role is for someone with a good visual eye, a feel for modern content, and an interest in using new tools — including AI — as part of the creative process.

• Create short-form video content for social media and marketing
• Turn ideas into simple, strong visual formats
• Edit and adapt content for different platforms
• Work with scripts, hooks, pacing, and visual presentation
• Use AI tools where they help improve speed or creative output
• Experiment with new formats, styles, and approaches
• Work with the team on content ideas and execution

What we’re looking for

• Good taste and a feel for short-form video
• Interest in content creation, editing, internet culture, and trends
• Basic experience in video/content creation is a plus
• Experience with AI tools is a plus
• Ability to work fast, learn fast, and try different approaches
• English for work communication

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, UGC, or ad creatives
• Experience with CapCut, Runway, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, HeyGen, or similar tools
• Understanding of hooks, pacing, and what makes content watchable
• Interest in travel or startup environments

We’re looking for an AI-First Marketer who understands how modern marketing works and wants to use AI as a core part of that work — to create better content, test more ideas, move faster, and improve performance across a global audience.

What you’ll do

• Use AI as a core part of your workflow across marketing, content, and creative tasks
• Create and improve marketing output for social media, ads, landing pages, emails, and other growth needs
• Research, brainstorm, and develop ideas with AI tools
• Test formats and creative directions quickly
• Improve the quality of content and creative execution, not just the speed
• Work with the team to turn raw ideas into strong marketing output
• Use AI to reduce routine work and focus more on judgment, ideas, and execution
• Stay on top of new tools, models, and workflows that can improve marketing performance

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of relevant experience in marketing, content, creative strategy, social media, copywriting, growth, or a related area
• At least 3 months of real hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals: audience, messaging, angles, content, creative, testing
• Ability to tell what is strong, weak, generic, or off-target
• Fast learner with initiative and ownership

Nice to have

• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, Make, Zapier, Notion AI, Airtable, or similar tools
• Experience creating content or campaigns for TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, UGC, paid creatives, or performance marketing
• Experience using AI for research, ideation, scripting, copy, visuals, or campaign development
• Understanding of how to keep AI output useful, sharp, and non-generic
