This is not “a regular dev job with an AI assistant”.
This is a role for a person who thinks in systems, prompts, and outcomes, not in endless manual coding.

We build products through AI agents, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to work with them effectively.

Tech stack:

• Frontend: Next.js, React Native

What you’ll do

• Translate product and technical ideas into clear tasks for AI agents
• Guide AI agents to produce production-ready code
• Review, refine, and improve AI-generated code
• Choose the right models and tools for each task
• Push features all the way to production

In short: you manage an AI-powered dev team that writes code for you.

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of web development experience
• 3+ months of hands-on work with AI coding tools
• Experience working with AI agents (not just autocomplete)
• Ability to read code and do code reviews
• Solid understanding of frontend, backend, and APIs
• Advanced English

Nice to have

• Built projects mostly or fully using AI
• Know how to optimize AI usage for cost and limits
• Actively follow new models and AI dev tools
• Experience with mobile development

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to help us grow organic traffic, improve search visibility, and scale our SEO strategy across multiple international markets.
 

What you’ll do

• Grow organic traffic and improve website visibility in search engines
• Analyze performance in Google Search Console and other SEO tools
• Develop and implement SEO strategies across different markets
• Work with keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, and on-page SEO
• Identify technical SEO issues and prepare clear tasks for implementation
• Test new SEO approaches and learn from real performance data
• Track results, prepare insights, and suggest improvements

What we’re looking for

• Experience in SEO and a solid understanding of how organic growth works
• Analytical thinking and a proactive approach
• Ability to work with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs / Semrush / Screaming Frog or similar tools
• Understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
• English level: Intermediate or higher
• Ability to move fast, test ideas, and take ownership of results
   

Nice to have

• Experience with large websites, marketplaces, aggregators, or international SEO
• Knowledge of Programmatic SEO
• Experience working with a large number of pages
• Basic understanding of technical tasks for developers

• handle first-touch communication with potential partners, especially in fintech and business development
• join intro calls, capture key points, next steps, and help move conversations forward

• help founders stay on top of tasks, decisions, processes, and important operational matters
• take part in shaping the team’s office environment in Warsaw: searching for spaces, reviewing options, and helping move decisions forward
• help cover practical office and team needs: space, setup, infrastructure, and coordination
• be part of turning speed, chaos, and many moving pieces into an organized process that keeps moving
