GTM Manager
Full Remote · Worldwide · Product · 1 year of experience · English - C2About us We’re buzzabout—an AI-driven social media insights tool that extracts real-time signals from billions of conversations across Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X. We’re buzzabout—an AI-driven social media insights tool that extracts real-time signals from billions of conversations across Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X. Agencies and in-house teams use us to understand audiences, validate ideas, and craft high-performing content—fast.
We already have 10,000+ users and a roster of well-known brands using our product. We’re small, scrappy, and shipping quickly—and we’re looking for the first Marketer to own our story end-to-end.
The role
You’ll be the engine behind our awareness and demand. From LinkedIn threads to in-depth guides, you’ll turn raw audience insights into content people actually want to read—and that our sales team wants to send.
This is a builder role: lots of autonomy, high trust, and a wide surface area.
What you’ll do
- Own the content strategy and editorial calendar across channels; align with business/launch goals.
- Turn buzzabout data into narratives: trends, analyses, POV posts, and reports.
- Create a content system for repurposing: one flagship asset → many LinkedIn posts, threads, emails, clips.
- Run content for: company LinkedIn page, founder’s personal page, and employee advocacy program.
- Develop creator-style formats (POV videos, clips) and ghostwrite exec posts.
- Automation & webhooks: Connect tools with Zapier/Make/n8n and webhooks; create “if X then Y” automations (e.g., trial starts → onboarding email + Slack alert).
- Monitor social discussions (using buzzabout) to spot hooks, objections, and hot takes we should address.
- Write and edit blogs, articles, and guest posts; build topical clusters and pillar pages.
- Pitch and place guest articles, newsletters, communities, and industry roundups.
- Personalization: Dynamic content and emails using firmographic/behavioral signals; on-site personalization for priority segments.
- Produce case studies with customers (interviews, storytelling, outcomes, and visuals).
- Own newsletters, product updates, onboarding and re-activation flows.
- Email infrastructure: Set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC, list hygiene, deliverability monitoring, and preference centers; instrument behavioral triggers.
- PLG loops: NPS prompts, referral/affiliate tracking, in-product upsell nudges, and usage-based messaging.
- buzzabout-powered workflows: Use our own dataset/API to auto-surface trending topics, seed content briefs, refresh ICP pages, and trigger “trend detected” alerts to Slack.
- Partner integrations: Build simple integrations for co-marketing (Slack, Notion, Sheets) and manage partner UTM/link tracking.
Nice-to-haves (not required)
- Engineering/tech background will be HUGE advantage.
- Comfort on camera for short-form videos/webinars.
- Experience running a newsletter or community.
- Basic visual editing (Figma/Canva or other tools).
- Agency background or selling to agencies.
You’ll thrive here if you…
- Love shipping: bias to action, tight feedback loops, clean copy.
- Think like a strategist, write like a journalist, and market like a creator.
- Can turn messy insights into simple, punchy storytelling with receipts.
- Enjoy wearing many hats and owning outcomes, not just outputs.
Our stack (flexible)
Notion (editorial), Loops (email), Framer (site), Amplitude + GA4 + GTM, Figma, Outrank.so, Clay, Ahrefs and—of course—buzzabout for social listening and research.
Benefits & Perks
- Meaningful stock options (real ownership, not token).
- Competitive salary, flexible schedule, and fully remote.
- Learning budget.
- Zero unnecessary meetings.
- Big impact: your work will shape the brand and the category.

We already have 10,000+ users and well-known brands on board. Now we’re leveling up our video game. The role
You’ll turn raw ideas, scripts, and datasets into scroll-stopping videos for TikTok, YouTube (shorts + long-form explainers), LinkedIn clips, and product education. You’re fast, AI-native, and comfortable wearing mini-producer, editor, and motion designer hats.
What you’ll do
- Edit short-form (15–90s) TikToks/Reels/Shorts with strong hooks, captions, and pacing.
- Cut long-form (3–8 min) explainers, product walkthroughs, and customer stories.
- Post-production: color, audio cleanup, music/SFX, subtitles, thumbnail variants, platform exports.
- Motion & simple animation: lower thirds, kinetic text, UI overlays, simple product motion.
- AI-native workflows: speed up editing with AI tools (speech cleanup, transcript-driven edits, style transfers, b-roll generation where appropriate).
- Packaging for distribution: titles, chaptering, end screens, aspect ratios, and metadata best practices.
- Content repurposing: turn one flagship asset into multiple cuts for different channels.
- Collab: work with our Content Marketer and Founder to test angles, hooks, and story beats.
- Light asset management: maintain project files, templates, LUTs, and a shared b-roll library.
- Quality + speed: ship fast, iterate faster—optimize for watch time, retention, and CTR.
Nice-to-have (not required)
- On-camera comfort for quick founder-style pickups or voiceovers.
- Basic design (Figma/Canva) for thumbnails and YouTube covers.
- Experience with product/UI animation (Figma → After Effects, or screen-record + polish).
- Understanding of creator analytics (audience retention curves, A/B thumbnails).
Tools you know (or learn fast)
Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve; After Effects / Motion; Descript/Captions; CapCut; Runway, Topaz, ElevenLabs, Whisper, AutoSub or similar; Loom, Figma, Notion, Google Drive.

- Think like a creator: hook first, story second, polish third.
- Are AI-curious and love shaving hours off repetitive tasks.
- Move quickly, give/receive feedback well, and care about the details (audio levels, pacing, legibility).
Requirements
- 2+ years editing for TikTok/Reels/Shorts and YouTube (agency, brand, or creator).
- A portfolio/reel with at least 5 relevant pieces (shorts + one explainer).
- Comfortable with captions, punch-ins, meme cuts, and tight pacing for mobile.
- Solid fundamentals: audio mix, color balance, export specs, and clean file/org discipline.
- Business-hours overlap with CET/Lisbon for async reviews.
Our promise
- Impact from day one: your edits become the public face of a product used by 10,000+ people.
- Room to experiment: we test angles weekly—your ideas won’t sit in a backlog.
- Upside: part-time now, option to increase hours or go full-time; stock options on the table.
