We’re looking for a senior, results-driven performance marketer who knows how to move the needle.

 

This role is about outcomes, not tasks.
Leads, conversions, ROI.

 

You will own the connection between Google Ads and high-converting websites, and you’ll be expected to turn traffic into real business results.

 

This is not a role for juniors, generalists, or people who need constant guidance.

 

What you’ll do:
 

• Build and optimize high-converting websites and landing pages
• Create, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns focused on ROI
• Connect ads, websites, and tracking into one conversion system
• Take broad goals and turn them into clear execution plans
• Work independently without micromanagement

 

SEO and Google Business Profile optimization are a strong plus, but not mandatory at the start.

• You have proven experience driving real results, not vanity metrics
• You’ve managed meaningful Google Ads budgets with accountability
• You can take a wide, undefined task and execute it at a high level
• You work independently and don’t need hand-holding
• You know how to learn new tools or skills on your own when needed
