We’re looking for a Backend Developer to build and maintain reliable backend services and integrations. You’ll work with TypeScript services, REST APIs, and cloud infrastructure, and help us deliver features through clean architecture, automated tests, and robust CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using TypeScript
• Develop and document REST APIs and handle API integrations with external systems
• Work with MongoDB: data modeling, performance optimization, and query tuning
• Containerize and run services using Docker
• Improve reliability and delivery speed via CI/CD, version control best practices, and code reviews
• Apply OOP principles and maintain clean, scalable architecture
• Write and maintain automated tests (unit/integration) and ensure quality gates
• Deploy and operate services on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda) and monitor production stability
• Implement and support workflow orchestration using Temporal or a similar workflow engine

Requirements (Must-have) 

• Strong experience with TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Confident with Docker
• Good knowledge of Git/GitHub and modern development workflows
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of OOP and clean code practices

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an Account Manager who will own client results after the sale. You take the client over at kickoff and become their main point of contact: you design campaigns from our funnel library, own the campaign spec, interpret results, present reports, and prepare data-based briefs for the next launches. You work in a trio: a Coordinator handles data collection, statuses, and ops routine; Sales closes commercial deals — you own decisions and results.

About You

You come from Retention / CRM in iGaming and understand how player campaigns actually work: bonus mechanics, segmentation, reactivation logic. You read campaign analytics and turn numbers into decisions and next steps. You build warm, trusted relationships with clients and can defend your recommendations in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship after kickoff: onboarding call, regular syncs, main point of contact.
• Qualify each project and select the funnel and segment logic from our funnel library.
• Fill in the campaigns: segments, agent & SMS scripts and parameters, volumes, dates, alerts, postbacks.
• Own launched campaigns by result: interpret metric deviations, decide on pauses and changes.
• Check in with clients after launch: conversions visible on their side, traffic quality.
• Interpret campaign analytics, build reports present to clients.
• Prepare plan scaling of clients, brands to new geos, segments, etc.
• Escalate complex cases and needs for new funnels or scripts to the Retention Manager, with campaign data.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Retention / CRM / Account Management in iGaming, Gambling, or Betting — Retention or CRM Manager is the ideal background
• Understanding of retention mechanics: bonuses, segmentation, reactivation, player lifecycle.
• Confident with metrics: Reg→Dep conversion, LTV, GGR/NGR — plus campaign funnel metrics (answer/reach rate, conversion to deposit).
• Experience with CRM / campaign tools (Smartico, Optimove, Customer.io, or similar).
• Ability to turn analytics into recommendations and defend them to a client.
• English — confident working level.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a performance call center or with voice/SMS channels.
• Experience working alongside sales on account growth.

We are looking for a hands-on Account Manager who will own day-to-day client relationships — from the first kickoff message through project preparation, launch, and beyond. You will be the client’s main point of contact: collecting everything needed to launch projects, keeping statuses under control, maintaining documentation, gathering feedback, and growing accounts through upsells — in tight collaboration with our delivery team.

About You

You have hands-on experience managing client accounts — ideally as a Support Affiliate Manager, Affiliate Manager, or in a similar client-facing role in iGaming. You are organized and structured, comfortable running many parallel client threads, and you keep nothing slipping through the cracks. You build warm, trusted relationships with clients and naturally spot opportunities to grow accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the client’s main point of contact and manage the full communication cycle, especially during project preparation and launch stages.
• Collect and structure all necessary information from clients ahead of launches.
• Monitor and control project statuses at every stage, keeping both the client and the internal delivery team in sync.
• Fill in and maintain client-related documentation (project trackers, briefs, spreadsheets, reports) accurately and on time.
• Collect client feedback after launches, monitor satisfaction, and maintain a strong, ongoing client relationship.
• Identify and execute upsell opportunities: launching new projects for the client (new segments, funnels, GEOs) and scaling volumes on existing campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years in a client-facing role in iGaming, Gambling, or Betting — Support Affiliate Manager experience is the ideal background; Account Management / Affiliate / Retention / CRM also fit.
• Experience managing B2B clients and running a full communication cycle.
• Strong self-organization and attention to detail: comfortable maintaining documents, trackers, and statuses across a high volume of parallel requests.
• Understanding of key iGaming metrics: ROI, LTV, GGR, NGR, Reg→Dep conversion.
• English — confident working level.
