OneAcademy is looking for a Video Designer with strong motion design skills and hands-on experience using AI tools for commercial video production. We are building a fast-scaling education brand focused on high-performance digital content, and we need someone who can combine creativity with speed and ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) using AI-assisted production tools
• Develop static creatives for social media and marketing campaigns
• Optimize video production workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability
• Adapt content to different platforms and formats
• Work within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Hard Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of strong, hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• At least 6 months of practical experience using AI tools for commercial video production (e.g., Kling, VEO, Sora, or similar)
• Experience with prompt engineering and cost optimization of AI tools (tokens / credits management)
• Solid understanding of composition, color correction, and storytelling fundamentals

Чим потрібно буде займатися

• Розвивати торгову платформу: trading-control, risk-management, payouts, leaderboards, дашборди трейдерів.
• Писати нові gRPC-сервіси та REST-проксі до них.
• Доробляти мости до торгових платформ: MT5, cTrader, TradeLocker — низька latency, коректна обробка ордерів і позицій.
• Інтегрувати платіжні шлюзи, KYC-провайдерів, маркетингові системи.
• Брати участь у проєктуванні архітектури.

Що ми очікуємо від кандидата

Rust: від 1 року комерційного досвіду

• Впевнене володіння ownership/borrowing, async/await, traits, generics.
• Досвід роботи з асинхронними рантаймами, gRPC- та HTTP-фреймворками, ORM/query-builder’ами, серіалізацією.
• Розуміння продуктивності: де виникають алокації, де можливі блокування.
• Чистий ідіоматичний код, типізація замість runtime-перевірок, відсутність unwrap() у production-коді.

Архітектура та інфраструктура

• gRPC + Protobuf: проєктування контрактів, зворотна сумісність.
• PostgreSQL: індекси, плани запитів, міграції, транзакції та рівні ізоляції.
• Event-driven архітектура: досвід з будь-якою шиною повідомлень, наприклад Kafka / RabbitMQ. Розуміння at-least-once, ідемпотентності, ретраїв, dead-letter.
• Docker, вміння читати CI/CD-конфіги.

Софт-скіли

• Самостійність: здатність взяти задачу на рівні «потрібно зробити ось це», декомпозувати її та довести до production.

Буде плюсом

• Базове розуміння трейдингу: CFD / Forex / Futures, ордери, позиції, маржа, P&L, leverage, stop-out.
• Досвід у prop-trading, hedge funds, брокерах або біржах.
• Досвід роботи з MT5 API, cTrader API, TradeLocker API.
• Досвід з .NET / C#.
