We’re looking for a Middle Full-Stack Developer to help build and scale various internal services and systems for a fast-growing iGaming platform focused on the Asian market. You’ll work closely with our designer on frontend interfaces and can be involved in high-load backend systems development, working on diverse internal tools and services including payment processing, user management, analytics, and more.

How You’ll Contribute

Frontend Development:

• Work closely with designer to implement modern user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Develop admin dashboards and management interfaces for various business operations
• Create internal tools and CRM interfaces for different business services
• Build user-facing features for gaming platform management and analytics
• Implement real-time updates and notifications for system status and operations

• Work with Ant Design components and design system

   

Backend Development & High-Load Systems:

• Participate in developing and maintaining high-load backend services using Node.js and NestJS
• Work on diverse internal services (user management, analytics, reporting, CRM, admin tools, payment gateways, etc.)
• Handle different data models and business logic across multiple service domains
• Create APIs for internal tools and third-party integrations
• Work with PostgreSQL databases for various business data management
• Integrate payment systems and other external APIs when needed
• Contribute to building scalable architecture solutions depending on project requirements
• Contribute to implementing system redundancy and high availability solutions

What Makes You a Perfect Fit
 

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience with full-stack development
• Strong React skills with modern hooks, state management (Redux/Context API), and TypeScript
• Solid Node.js and NestJS experience for backend development
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and data validation
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and database design principles
• Experience working with designers and implementing UI/UX designs
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development
• Understanding of modern CSS/styled-components and frontend tooling
• English proficiency for technical communication

Nice-to-Have:

• Understanding of high-load systems, scalability concepts, and performance optimization
• Understanding of microservices architecture and async processing (gRPC)
• Experience with Ant Design components and theming
• Basic AWS knowledge or cloud services experience
• Understanding of financial platforms or gaming industry systems
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Supertest)
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and system observability
• Previous experience in fintech or gaming industries

• Experience working in cross-functional teams with designers and product managers

   

Hiring Process
The hiring process is clear and concise. It starts with a 30–40 min intro call with a Talent Partner — an opportunity to learn more about the project, Umber, and the team, as well as to discuss the candidate’s experience.
Next comes a technical interview (~1.5 hours) covering both React and Node.js.
The final step is a ~30 min conversation focused on managerial topics and organizational details.
