We’re seeking a User Acquisition Specialist to expand our global reach through expert buying strategies and sharp analytical skills. As part of our marketing team, you’ll take the lead in optimizing campaigns, testing innovative approaches, and ensuring our games reach the right players worldwide. You’ll work alongside passionate, results-driven teammates to amplify the visibility and success of top-tier mobile games.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize rewarded ad networks such as Prodege, Almedia, Mistplay, Tapjoy, and similar platforms.
- Plan, launch, and manage social and network ad campaigns to drive app installs and achieve key KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for best results.
- Test and experiment with new online marketing strategies and tactics.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports using key reporting tools.
- Create BI reports as needed to track and communicate performance insights.
Who You Are
- 1+ year of proven experience managing mobile app campaigns for rewarded traffic (a plus).
- Highly motivated, organized, and proactive.
- Creative thinker with out-of-the-box ideas and strong writing skills.
- Possess a quantitative mindset and a passion for numbers, with excellent analytical abilities.
- Previous experience in mobile gaming companies (a plus).
