    Role Overview

     

    Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will work closely with the team in helping to build out visuals of our casino site promotions across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for brand designs and filtering this through to both email and affiliate creative while creating an exciting look and feel to the website. Further development of the brand character will be a big part of the role bringing the brand personality to life.

     

    This role will suit a motivated, passionate and proactive person wanting to be a part of a fast paced digital business. Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality graphics that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.

     

    Responsibilities

    Design assets/banners for onsite promotions and email campaigns

    Development of the brand character, enabling the character to adapt to different poses and themes

    Adapting and optimising graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless visibility on various devices

    Working with the marketing team to produce affiliate banners and landing pages

    New website page designs along with optimising existing pages

     

     

    Requirements

    At least 2-years experience as a Graphic Designer

    The ability to to take an idea and turn it into a physical design

    Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

    Knowledge of different screen resolutions and able to adjust designs to fit

    Previous experience using Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator in order to adapt the brand character into different surroundings / movements

    Good spoken English and communication skills

    Proactive, meticulous, and organised

    Experience in creating 3D characters a plus but must be able to manipulate character design

    Great organisation and prioritisation skills

    Role Overview

    Reporting to the COO you will work closely with the team in helping to build and optimise the affiliate program. You will look for new affiliate partners using keyword research and bringing onboard any existing relationships you have. The Affiliate Team Leader will drive the strategy with yourself working very closely to them to ensure weekly / monthly targets are being hit. On a daily basis you will be responsible for your own time management to drive new affiliates and optimise existing campaigns to ensure continuous new depositing players are driven to the brand through quality traffic leads maintaining  a positive ROI for each account. 

    This role will suit a motivated, organised and proactive person wanting to be a part of a fast paced digital business. You must have good communication and negotiation skills and an eye for a good deal.     Responsibilities


    Responsible for new business via affiliate acquisitions by identifying new opportunities across a number of different GEO’s
    Building and managing a portfolio of affiliate accounts 
    Understanding the value of your affiliate accounts in different GEO’s and how to optimise each accordingly
    Continuous reviewing of campaigns and negotiations of commercial agreements
    Analysis of campaigns, ROI, budget spend, eCPA’s to ensure monthly targets are hit
    Conversion rate optimization - Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports
    Establishing strong client relationships through regular contact which will include telephone, email, social and some face to face meetings
    Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a first-class service
    Travel to conferences/events where necessary

    Performance Management:
    Define KPIs, monitor team performance, and implement improvement plans to ensure targets and SLAs are consistently met.

     

    VIP Oversight:
    Supervise VIP strategy, segmentation, retention efforts, and direct communication for high-value players when needed.

     

    Quality Assurance:
    Implement QA standards, review interactions, and ensure consistent adherence to brand tone, compliance, and service expectations.

     

    Cross-Department Collaboration:
    Work closely with Payments, Risk, Fraud, CRM, and Product teams to handle escalations, streamline processes, and resolve complex issues.

     

    Hiring & Training:
    Recruit, onboard, and upskill team members, ensuring high capability and continuous growth.

     

    Reporting:
    Provide detailed reports on support and VIP performance, team productivity, operational challenges, and player insights.

    Qualifications

     

    Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role in iGaming Customer Support, VIP, or Operations.

     

    Platform Knowledge:
    Strong hands-on experience with the SoftSwiss (SOFTSWISS) platform including back-office workflows, reporting, and player management.

     

    Leadership Skills:
