📝 Job Summary:

As an Outbound Sales Agent (Casino), you will be the voice of LuckyStart, making cold calls to new prospects to introduce our brand and convert them into registered, depositing players. You'll work through lead lists, generate interest, present our welcome offers, and guide prospects through registration and their first deposit. You'll also follow up with warm leads and build relationships that turn new players into loyal, long-term customers. Your goal is to hit acquisition and conversion targets while delivering a professional, personalized, and responsible experience.


🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospect lists to introduce LuckyStart and generate interest
• Convert prospects into registered players and first-time depositors
• Present welcome offers, bonuses, and promotions clearly and accurately, including bonus terms and wagering requirements
• Guide new players through registration and their first deposit
• Handle objections confidently and follow up with interested leads through calls, messangers and email
• Identify high-value prospects and hand them over to the VIP team
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs (calls, contact rate, registrations, FTDs, deposit value)
• Log all call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups accurately
• Provide feedback to management on lead quality and offer performance
• Ensure compliance with responsible gambling, anti-money laundering, and marketing consent regulations, and never contact self-excluded, opted-out, or underage individuals

🔍 Requirements:

• Arabic and English is a MUST.
• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or telesales, preferably in iGaming/forex
• Proven track record of hitting sales or conversion targets from cold leads
• Confident, persuasive phone manner with excellent communication skills in Arabic (additional languages a plus)
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with high call volumes and rejection
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Understanding of gambling regulations and responsible gaming best practices (preferred)

• Multilingual is a plus however Arabic and English B2 / C1 and above is a must

We're an early-stage product company building an AI-powered analytics platform for the iGaming industry. Users get answers from their data in plain English — an LLM turns questions into validated SQL over a large data warehouse — alongside a set of analytics dashboards and data pipelines. It's live in production.

You'd be our first dedicated engineer, working directly with a technical founder (product) and an experienced CTO (architecture + code review) — with a real path to Tech Lead as the team grows. You won't be flying solo, and you'll help shape the architecture, not just maintain it.

What you'll do

• Build and ship features across the backend and the dashboard.
• Write correct, performant SQL against a large Postgres warehouse — the numbers drive real decisions.
• Extend the LLM→SQL pipeline and the analytics APIs behind the product.
• Own reliability, testing, and deploy stability as we scale.

• Maintain and extend the React / TypeScript front end.

   

Stack

• Backend: Python 3.12 + FastAPI (async, SQL-first with asyncpg — no ORM).
• Data: large Azure PostgreSQL warehouse (tens of millions of rows) + nightly aggregation pipelines.
• AI: Anthropic Claude (natural-language → SQL, agent workflows).
• Frontend: React 18 + TypeScript + Vite, shadcn/ui + Tailwind, TanStack Query, Recharts.
• Infra: Azure, Redis, Docker, GitHub Actions.

Note: the data-science/ML models are owned by the founder — you won't build or maintain those.

You'll thrive here if you have

• Strong SQL and relational-DB skills (Postgres a plus) — the single most important thing.
• Solid Python, ideally with an async framework (FastAPI).
• Good React + TypeScript.
• A correctness-first instinct for data, and the ability to pick up a fast-built codebase and make it solid.

• Comfort with cloud + CI/CD (Azure a plus) and Docker.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will work closely with the team in helping to build out visuals of our casino site promotions across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for brand designs and filtering this through to both email and affiliate creative while creating an exciting look and feel to the website. Further development of the brand character will be a big part of the role bringing the brand personality to life.

This role will suit a motivated, passionate and proactive person wanting to be a part of a fast paced digital business. Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality graphics that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Design assets/banners for onsite promotions and email campaigns

Development of the brand character, enabling the character to adapt to different poses and themes

Adapting and optimising graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless visibility on various devices

Working with the marketing team to produce affiliate banners and landing pages

New website page designs along with optimising existing pages

Requirements

At least 2-years experience as a Graphic Designer

The ability to to take an idea and turn it into a physical design

Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

Knowledge of different screen resolutions and able to adjust designs to fit

Previous experience using Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator in order to adapt the brand character into different surroundings / movements

Good spoken English and communication skills

Proactive, meticulous, and organised

Experience in creating 3D characters a plus but must be able to manipulate character design

— Deliverability as a core skill. Gmail/Yahoo bulk sender requirements, DMARC, seed testing and inbox placement tools. You've recovered a burned domain, not just read about it 

— List operations: MillionVerifier / ZeroBounce / NeverBounce or equivalent, bounce and suppression handling, comfortable with large files 

— Affiliate mechanics: tracking links, S2S postbacks, and the difference between what a CPA deal pays and what it actually costs you 

— Consent and compliance awareness: unsubscribe handling, data provenance, geo and licensing restrictions, 18+ and responsible gambling requirements
