About the Role

We are looking for a highly responsible and organized Trainee/Junior Project Manager with a confident spoken level of English (Upper Intermediate or higher). The candidate must have a foundational understanding of project management and a strong desire to grow professionally.

The chosen candidate will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate on one of our AI-driven projects and coordinate multiple projects in the future.

Requirements:

— Upper-intermediate English level or higher, with strong verbal and written communication skills;

— Completed courses or certifications in Project Management, preferably within the software development industry;

— Knowledge of fundamentals of Project Management;

— Understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and principles;

— Understanding Agile methodologies in the software development context (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban);

— Familiarity with PM documentation, including creating and maintaining project plans, budgets, and schedules;

— Understanding of the User stories, Acceptance criteria, DoD, DoR; 

— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-judged decisions;

— Client-centric approach and excellent interpersonal skills;

— Experience with Google Suites (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet);

— Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

Will be a plus: 

— Work experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Support Manager;

— Agile/Scrum certification; 

— Product Management/BA courses or certifications;

— Generative AI experience (prompt engineering course);

— You share our passion for AI-digital products (you are a confident user of applications that leverage AI, for example: ChatGPT, Perplexity) :) 

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining high client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to execute projects, mitigate risks, and enhance cooperation to achieve project goals and deliver value to our stakeholders.

— Manage projects in the software development domain, with a focus on AI-driven projects. Starting with one project initially, you will gradually take on multiple projects;

— Closely collaborate with Stakeholders on scope, elaborate on requirements, and translate them into tasks for the development team;

— Oversee schedule, scope, and dependencies to ensure projects stay on track;

— Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and internal teams, including daily stand-ups, grooming, planning, and brainstorming sessions;

— Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks, seeking guidance from more experienced colleagues when necessary. A learning mindset is crucial in this role;

— Regularly report on project status to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and any issues;

— Manage the team: conduct one-on-one meetings, provide regular feedback, monitor team health and workload, and manage leave schedules.

Remember, continuous learning and professional development are key in this role, and you will be expected to grow into a fully competent Project Manager.

We’re looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to help enterprise and mid-market clients in the US and beyond identify, design, and implement impactful AI solutions. This is a client-facing role that blends consultative selling with solution design — working closely with our founders, product, and delivery teams.

• Experience:
  • 3+ years in consultative sales, business development, or solution consulting — ideally in technology, SaaS, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.

  • Deep curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to ROI.

About the Role

The PMO Lead plays a key role in shaping how projects are delivered across BotsCrew. This position goes beyond project oversight — it’s about building systems that ensure predictability, excellence, and growth.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Delivery and company leadership to establish and maintain standards, ensure operational efficiency, and lead a team of Project Managers towards consistent delivery success.

Your mission: ensure that every project delivers high-quality outcomes that contribute to our business goals, while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and fostering motivated, high-performing teams.

PMO Lead Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, delivery strategy, and long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Head of Delivery to define strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks across the organization.
• Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Monitor delivery performance using key metrics, dashboards, and analytics to drive predictability, continuous improvement, and informed decision-making.
• Ensure effective communication, alignment, and reporting between project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership, reducing silos and improving transparency.
• Conduct process assessments and project retrospectives, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across delivery teams.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Project Managers, fostering professional growth, leadership readiness, and adherence to best delivery practices.
• Directly manage Project Managers, including hiring, onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, 1:1s, and day-to-day support.
• Optimize human capital utilization, ensuring balanced workloads and effective resource allocation across the portfolio, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Manage portfolio-level risks by proactively identifying and mitigating blockers to safeguard delivery outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications 

• 6+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management within a tech service-based environment.
• Proven experience leading PMs or Delivery teams.
• Extensive project management experience across various methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and contract models (fixed price, time&material, dedicated teams).
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and resource planning.
• Hands-on experience with project crisis management.
• Demonstrated success in meeting delivery KPIs, improving delivery performance, and driving measurable company-wide impact.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate across departments and with C-level stakeholders;
• Strategic mindset and ability to balance operational detail with high-level vision.
• Proven track record of values-driven leadership, acting with integrity, honesty, and fairness in complex situations. 
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Will be a plus

• Experience in scaling delivery operations or implementing PMO frameworks from scratch.
• Certification in Agile, PMP, or Lean methodologies.
• Certification in Program or Portfolio Management (PfMP, PgMP).
• Passion for leadership, coaching, and organizational improvement.
