Key Requirements

• Develop and maintain backend APIs using Java, Node.js or Python as needed;

About the Role

We seek a highly responsible, Middle Project Manager who shares our passion for creating AI-digital products. You will be pivotal in managing software development projects, ensuring that business and engineering teams can create high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

—3+ years of experience in Project Management  within the software development industry;

• Extensive project management experience across various methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and contract models (fixed price, time&material, dedicated teams).
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and resource planning.
• Hands-on experience with project crisis management.
• Demonstrated success in meeting delivery KPIs, improving delivery performance, and driving measurable company-wide impact.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate across departments and with C-level stakeholders;
• Strategic mindset and ability to balance operational detail with high-level vision.
