By 2019, we launched Tarta.ai, a handy recruiting assistant that makes job searching in the US a bit easier and a lot smarter.
In March 2023, we started a few ChatGPT projects:
1. ChatGPT plugins geared toward employment and legal help.
2. Our SaaS product, airchat.us, aiming to simplify online queries.
3. We're also working on an AI marketplace. Imagine getting help with everything from resume writing to generating YouTube video descriptions. We're excited about it and it's on its way at copilot.us.
We've got team members spread out in Lviv, and Los Angeles, CA, all working together and loving the remote life.

We built an AI that automatically fills out PDF and Word forms — even the ones without editable fields. Our clients are hospitals, law firms, accounting firms, and government contractors that handle hundreds of forms every week.We already get a lot of inbound leads, but we’re scaling cold outreach — targeting companies that could automate their document workflows with Instafill.ai.
I’m looking for someone who can own cold email campaigns end-to-end: strategy, writing, list building, and technical setup.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and improve existing sequences in Apollo.
- Write and launch new campaigns for different verticals (healthcare, legal, finance, real estate).
- Build and clean lead lists.
- Fix deliverability issues, monitor open/reply rates, and optimize for conversions.
Connect new mailboxes and set up DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
You’re a good fit if you:
- Have strong email copywriting skills — especially for B2B audiences.
- Have proven experience running B2B cold outreach campaigns that generate replies and meetings.
- Know Apollo (or similar tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist).
- Understand technical email setup — DNS records, warm-up, and inbox reputation.
- Are analytical and know how to test, measure, and improve campaigns.
- Can work independently and take ownership without constant supervision.
