Hi, I’m Oleksandr — founder of Instafill.ai.

We built an AI that automatically fills out PDF and Word forms — even the ones without editable fields. Our clients are hospitals, law firms, accounting firms, and government contractors that handle hundreds of forms every week.

We already get a lot of inbound leads, but we’re scaling cold outreach — targeting companies that could automate their document workflows with Instafill.ai.

I’m looking for someone who can own cold email campaigns end-to-end: strategy, writing, list building, and technical setup.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and improve existing sequences in Apollo.
• Write and launch new campaigns for different verticals (healthcare, legal, finance, real estate).
• Build and clean lead lists.
• Fix deliverability issues, monitor open/reply rates, and optimize for conversions.

• Connect new mailboxes and set up DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

   

You’re a good fit if you:

• Have strong email copywriting skills — especially for B2B audiences.
• Have proven experience running B2B cold outreach campaigns that generate replies and meetings.
• Know Apollo (or similar tools like Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist).
• Understand technical email setup — DNS records, warm-up, and inbox reputation.
• Are analytical and know how to test, measure, and improve campaigns.
• Can work independently and take ownership without constant supervision.

We’re now extending Instafill.ai through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — connecting our system with other AI tools and workflows. I’m looking for a developer who can build and maintain MCP servers and integrations in Python.

What you’ll do:

• Build new MCP servers to connect Instafill.ai with third-party systems (CRMs, document storage, workflow tools, etc.).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Design and implement MCP schemas and handlers.
• Work with our API and data models to expose the right context for AI workflows.
• Debug, document, and maintain existing MCP integrations.

• Collaborate directly with me and our AI engineers to bring new features to life.

   

You’re a good fit if you:

• Have strong Python development experience.
• Understand the Model Context Protocol and how it extends LLM capabilities.
• Have solid experience with API design, JSON schemas, and webhooks.
• Know how to write clean, maintainable, well-structured code.

• Can work independently and figure things out without constant supervision.

   

Bonus points if you:

• Have worked with OpenAI’s MCP examples or built a custom server.
• Understand LLM context management, prompt chaining, or agent orchestration.

• Have experience with integrations (Zapier, Notion API, Google Drive, etc.).
