We’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our team in the iGaming industry, where real-time insights, affiliate performance, and marketing analytics are at the center of decision-making. In this role, you’ll own and scale our data infrastructure, working across affiliate integrations, product analytics, and experimentation workflows.

• Хороші аналітичні навички, знання ключових метрик та їх взаємозв’язку CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROI.

• Планування, запуск і масштабування кампаній із генерації лідів у Facebook для ніші Financial vertical/Credit (основний напрям) та Car Insurance/Home Improvement за потреби.
• Управління математикою арбітражу: щоденне планування темпів, коригування ставок/бюджетів, ротація креативів; перерозподіл ресурсів для захисту маржинального EPL/ROAS.
• Налаштування та підтримка відстеження: Pixel + CAPI, події GA4, офлайн-конверсії; регулярне тестування атрибуції (QA).
• Підтримка аудиторій виключення (відвідувачі/ліди/покупці), контроль частоти показів і втоми від креативів.
• Проведення експериментів із лендінгами та воронками (заголовки, докази, етапи, мікро-тексти, поля форм) із чіткими журналами експериментів і пост-аналізом.
• Співпраця з покупцями лідів та операційною командою для підвищення рівня прийняття (accept rate) і середньої ціни, а також швидкого вирішення проблем із якістю.
