Your responsibilities will include:- Populating and updating content on the company’s websites;
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all published information;
- Collaborating with developers and designers;
- Managing SEO metadata (titles, descriptions, alt tags);
- Maintaining the media library (images, videos, documents);
- Timely publication of news, articles, promotions, and other updates;
- Writing copy for the website, landing pages, and banners;
- Uploading, updating, and structuring content via our CMS;
- Verifying formatting and display across different devices;
- Coordinating translations and reviewing versions in multiple languages;
- Testing game functionality;
- Checking that slot graphics are correctly in place;
- Creating and publishing tournaments.
What we expect from you:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Content Manager;
- Proven experience working with CMS platforms;
- Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS;
- Ability to structure and optimize content for SEO;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage large volumes of information.
Preferred CMS experience (minimum 3 of the following):
- WordPress;
- Joomla;
- Drupal;
- Bitrix (1C-Bitrix);
- MODX;
- OpenCart;
- Shopify;
- Magento;
- Tilda;
- Django CMS (required);
- (Bonus: Wix, PrestaShop, Webflow, etc.).
Nice to have:
- Experience with graphic tools (Figma, Photoshop, Canva);
- Background in managing news or corporate websites;
- Experience with bulk import/export of products or publications;
- Understanding of site structure best practices and user experience principles.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Plan, launch, and optimize personalized retention campaigns across the full player lifecycle: welcome, reactivation, churn-prevention, VIP retention;
- Build smart player segmentation models based on behavior (FTD patterns, frequency, average bet, risk levels, etc.);
- Partner with analysts to dive into key metrics: LTV, ARPU, FTD-to-deposit ratio, retention rates, churn, GGR;
- Develop and refine bonus strategy — including FS, cashback, deposit/non-deposit promos, VIP levels — in line with geo/license limits;
- Run multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, more) with A/B testing and content variants;
- Work closely with VIP, Product, and Support teams to hit retention and PnL goals;
- Monitor the effectiveness of promo tools (jackpots, quests, tournaments), and push new mechanics with the Product team;
- Adapt retention strategy for Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets based on actual performance, not assumptions.
What we expect from you:- 3+ years in retention or CRM inside an online casino team;
- Deep understanding of casino business model, bonus mechanics, and key verticals (slots, live, crash, tables);
- Data-savvy: confident in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools;
- You can forecast based on behavioral data and past campaign performance;
- Hands-on experience with ESP/CRM platforms like Optimove, Smartico, Braze, Salesforce, Customer.io, etc;
- Strong track record with reactivation flows and tiered retention strategies.
