Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Create high-quality characters, icons, illustrations, and marketing creatives for web, mobile, and social media campaigns;
• Integrate AI tools into your workflow for content generation, graphic design, and animation, improving speed and consistency without sacrificing quality;
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and PMs to align visuals with product and campaign goals;
• Participate in concept development sessions, turning ideas into visually compelling designs;
• Optimize and iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and campaign performance;
• Maintain a consistent visual style across channels while pushing creative boundaries;
• Stay up to date with AI tools, design trends, and techniques to continuously improve output.

What we expect from you:
 

• 3+ years experience as a character artist, illustrator, or graphic designer for digital products or marketing;
• Strong portfolio showcasing icons, illustrations, animations, or marketing creatives;
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools for content and graphic generation;
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Blender, or similar) and AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Leonardo.ai);
• Ability to work efficiently in a team, communicate ideas clearly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Creative problem-solving skills and an eye for detail;
• Experience in marketing or product campaigns is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Plan, launch, and optimize personalized retention campaigns across the full player lifecycle: welcome, reactivation, churn-prevention, VIP retention;
• Build smart player segmentation models based on behavior (FTD patterns, frequency, average bet, risk levels, etc.);
• Partner with analysts to dive into key metrics: LTV, ARPU, FTD-to-deposit ratio, retention rates, churn, GGR;
• Develop and refine bonus strategy — including FS, cashback, deposit/non-deposit promos, VIP levels — in line with geo/license limits;
• Run multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, more) with A/B testing and content variants;
• Work closely with VIP, Product, and Support teams to hit retention and PnL goals;
• Monitor the effectiveness of promo tools (jackpots, quests, tournaments), and push new mechanics with the Product team;
• Adapt retention strategy for Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets based on actual performance, not assumptions.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years in retention or CRM inside an online casino team;
• Deep understanding of casino business model, bonus mechanics, and key verticals (slots, live, crash, tables);
• Data-savvy: confident in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools;
• You can forecast based on behavioral data and past campaign performance;
• Hands-on experience with ESP/CRM platforms like Optimove, Smartico, Braze, Salesforce, Customer.io, etc;
• Strong track record with reactivation flows and tiered retention strategies.

We’re looking for a Content Manager with at least 1 year of commercial experience, who’s ready to take ownership of website content, ensure high quality and accuracy, and help us maintain and scale our digital platforms.

You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to keep our websites up-to-date, well-structured, and optimized for both users and search engines.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and updating content across the company’s websites via CMS platforms;
Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality of all published content;
Publishing news, articles, promotions, and other updates in a timely manner;
Writing and editing website copy, including landing pages, banners, and product descriptions;
Managing SEO metadata, including titles, descriptions, and alt tags;
Maintaining and organizing the media library (images, videos, documents);
Collaborating with developers and designers to ensure proper implementation and display of content;
Verifying formatting and responsiveness across different devices;
Coordinating translations and reviewing multilingual content;
Testing website functionality and ensuring correct display of graphics and interactive elements;
Creating and publishing tournaments, promotions, and other platform events;
Continuously improving content structure, usability, and internal workflows.

What we expect from you:
At least 1 year of commercial experience as a Content Manager or in a similar role;
Hands-on experience working with CMS platforms;
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS;
Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization;
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information;
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment;
Proactive mindset and ownership of your work.

Nice to have:
Experience working with Django CMS (preferred);
Experience with WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Bitrix, MODX, OpenCart, Shopify, Magento, Tilda, or similar CMS platforms;
Experience working with multilingual websites;
Basic knowledge of graphic tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Canva;
Understanding of website structure, UX principles, and best practices;
Experience working with gaming, iGaming, or digital product platforms.
