    We’re looking for a Project Manager with at least 1 year of commercial experience in  a PRODUCT company, who’s ready to take ownership, bring structure to fast-moving marketing initiatives, and grow together with us.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Coordinate and support marketing projects: track timelines, update tasks, and follow up with team members;
    • Organize meetings, document discussions, and make sure action items are followed through;
    • Maintain clear project documentation and prepare weekly updates for stakeholders;
    • Identify blockers early and escalate when needed;
    • Help improve internal workflows, templates, and planning tools.
       

    What we expect from you:

    • 1+ year of commercial experience in a project management or coordination role;
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
    • Good written and spoken communication in English and Russian;
    • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and how to apply them in a marketing context;
    • Confident use of Notion and Jira (or similar tools);
    • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay calm in a dynamic environment;
    • Proactive mindset — you take ownership and drive progress without waiting for instructions.
       

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience working with or inside marketing teams;
    • Interest in digital products or the iGaming industry;
    • Basic understanding of how creatives, content, performance, and CRM teams operate.
