We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to take ownership of company-wide service administration, account management, access control, subscriptions, and operational processes across multiple projects and brands.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a centralized service infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted access to business-critical tools, managing subscriptions and payments, and supporting the launch of new projects.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with various online platforms, and capable of independently managing processes from start to finish.

     What You Will Do

• Service Inventory & Management
• Build and maintain a centralized registry of all existing and new services across company projects and brands.
• Organize service documentation by project and business direction (B2B, B2C, Platform).
• Maintain accurate information about each service, including its purpose, ownership, users, integrations, subscription plans, costs, and operational status.
• Track associated legal entities, payment methods, billing dates, and service administrators.
• Ensure all service records remain accurate, structured, and up to date.
  
  Account Registration & Setup
• Register and configure accounts across various online services and platforms.
• Complete verification and KYC procedures when required.
• Independently research new platforms, understand their functionality, and complete the setup process.
• Ensure all accounts are registered using corporate email addresses and company-controlled authentication methods.

• Coordinate technical connections and API integrations with relevant teams.

  
  Access & Security Management

• Maintain a centralized and secure credential management system using password managers such as 1Password or Bitwarden.
• Organize secure storage of account credentials, API keys, recovery codes, and 2FA backup information.
• Ensure critical services have at least two authorized administrators.
• Manage access permissions according to employee roles and business requirements.
• Coordinate password and API key rotation according to security policies.
• Ensure two-factor authentication is enabled wherever supported.

• Identify alternative solutions for critical services to minimize operational risks.

  
  Subscription, Billing & Payment Management

• Monitor active subscriptions, billing cycles, invoices, and upcoming payments.
• Maintain a payment calendar to prevent service interruptions.
• Track corporate payment cards linked to services, including expiration dates and spending limits.
• Review subscription plans and ensure they match actual business needs.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs, eliminate unused subscriptions, and reduce unnecessary licenses.
• Monitor domain registrations, hosting subscriptions, and SSL certificate renewals.

• Coordinate invoice collection and financial documentation with the Accounting team.

  
  New Project & Brand Launches

• Prepare and coordinate lists of required services for new projects and brands.
• Develop standardized service setup checklists for B2B and B2C projects.
• Organize the registration, configuration, and activation of required platforms.
• Coordinate service setup with relevant departments.

• Manage service deactivation, subscription cancellations, and account closures when projects or brands are discontinued.

  
  Process Documentation & Standardization

• Develop and maintain internal guidelines for service registration, configuration, and ongoing administration.
• Create standardized checklists for service onboarding, maintenance, and deactivation.
• Document new services and continuously improve existing procedures.
• Establish a structured process for requesting and approving new tools and subscriptions.

• Maintain clear documentation in Notion, Confluence, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.

  
  Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Coordinate the provisioning of accounts and service access for new employees.
• Ensure employees receive the appropriate access permissions based on their roles.
• Revoke access promptly during employee offboarding, in coordination with HR and IT.

• Maintain accurate records of access permissions and service ownership.

  
  Regular Audits & Reporting

• Conduct weekly reviews of upcoming payments, subscription renewals, and service availability.
• Perform monthly subscription audits to identify unused services, unnecessary licenses, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Conduct quarterly access audits to ensure permissions remain appropriate and secure.
• Prepare monthly expense reports broken down by project, brand, and business direction.

• Collect invoices and supporting financial documents for the Accounting team.

  
  Service Support & Incident Management

• Communicate directly with service providers regarding account verification, billing issues, restrictions, refunds, and technical incidents.
• Investigate failed payments, account suspensions, and service disruptions.
• Coordinate issue resolution with providers and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate critical incidents to the appropriate departments.

• Ensure business-critical services remain operational and accessible.

   

  What We Expect

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role, such as Account Manager, Service Administrator, Operations Specialist, or Project Coordinator.
• Hands-on experience registering, configuring, and managing online services and business platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and Notion / Confluence or similar documentation tools.
• Experience working with password management solutions such as 1Password, Bitwarden, or equivalent platforms.
• Basic understanding of APIs, API keys, webhooks, and integrations (coding skills are not required).
• Experience managing subscriptions, corporate payment cards, invoices, and billing processes.
• Understanding of account security, access management, and two-factor authentication.
• English — Intermediate (B1) or higher.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and support marketing projects: track timelines, update tasks, and follow up with team members;
• Organize meetings, document discussions, and make sure action items are followed through;
• Maintain clear project documentation and prepare weekly updates for stakeholders;
• Identify blockers early and escalate when needed;
• Help improve internal workflows, templates, and planning tools.

We are looking for a Casino Manager with hands-on experience in online casino operations who will take ownership of the day-to-day casino product: game content, lobby management, bonuses, providers, performance analysis, and player-related cases.

We need someone who understands how an online casino works from the inside — comfortable working with Casino Admin Panels, configuring bonuses, analyzing game performance, and investigating game and bonus-related issues.

What You Will Do

Casino Content & Lobby Management

• Manage the game lobby, categories, filters, and game collections.
• Manage game positioning across Featured, Recommended, New Games, and other sections.
• Create seasonal and promotional game collections.
• Monitor game performance and optimize visibility and positioning.
• Control game availability and GEO restrictions.
• Coordinate new game releases, replacements, and removals.

Game Providers Management

• Communicate with game providers and aggregators on operational and promotional topics.
• Coordinate the integration and launch of new providers and games.
• Coordinate new releases, promotional activities, and special conditions.
• Handle operational and technical game-related issues.
• Work with game sessions, rounds, bet/win discrepancies, and other game incidents.
• Monitor the performance of individual games and providers.

Casino Performance & Analytics

• Monitor key Casino KPIs: GGR, NGR, turnover, bets, active players, deposits.
• Analyze game and provider performance.
• Identify top-performing and underperforming casino content.
• Analyze player behavior and gaming preferences.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations based on performance data.

Casino Promotions & Bonuses

• Plan and launch casino promotions.
• Create and configure bonuses in the Casino Admin Panel.
• Control bonus mechanics, activation conditions, and eligibility criteria.
• Ensure bonuses are available to the correct player segments.
• Monitor automated bonuses and verify correct bonus crediting and wagering.
• Work closely with CRM/Retention teams on casino-related campaigns.
• Analyze bonus and promotional campaign performance.

Retention & VIP

• Collaborate with CRM/Retention teams on casino-related campaigns.
• Define and manage casino player segments.
• Prepare relevant offers for VIP and high-value players.
• Use player and gaming data to support retention and reactivation campaigns.

Player Cases & Troubleshooting

• Handle game and bonus-related cases escalated by the Support team.
• Investigate game sessions, rounds, bets, wins, and bonus history in the Admin Panel.
• Resolve cases involving stuck games, missing bets/wins, incorrect bonus crediting, or wagering issues.
• Request additional information from providers and aggregators when required.
• Make decisions on cases and provide Support with the final resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.

Player Feedback & Compliance

• Monitor player feedback across review and affiliate platforms.
• Identify recurring complaints, product issues, and negative trends.
• Coordinate with Support/Operations on relevant player cases.
• Escalate critical issues to responsible teams.
• Use player feedback to identify opportunities to improve casino content and product experience.
• Control GEO and game restrictions.
• Ensure casino operations comply with Responsible Gambling requirements together with relevant teams.

• Build smart player segmentation models based on behavior (FTD patterns, frequency, average bet, risk levels, etc.);
• Partner with analysts to dive into key metrics: LTV, ARPU, FTD-to-deposit ratio, retention rates, churn, GGR;
• Develop and refine bonus strategy — including FS, cashback, deposit/non-deposit promos, VIP levels — in line with geo/license limits;
• Run multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, more) with A/B testing and content variants;
• Work closely with VIP, Product, and Support teams to hit retention and PnL goals;
• Monitor the effectiveness of promo tools (jackpots, quests, tournaments), and push new mechanics with the Product team;
• Adapt retention strategy for Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets based on actual performance, not assumptions.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years in retention or CRM inside an online casino team;
• Deep understanding of casino business model, bonus mechanics, and key verticals (slots, live, crash, tables);
• Data-savvy: confident in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools;
• You can forecast based on behavioral data and past campaign performance;
• Hands-on experience with ESP/CRM platforms like Optimove, Smartico, Braze, Salesforce, Customer.io, etc;
• Strong track record with reactivation flows and tiered retention strategies.
