We are a digital agency out of Switzerland. We do a lot of work across SEO, ads and yes... web and mobile design/development. We are looking for a freelancer to help us with a surge of work on the design/UI/UX front. We hope this is you.

We are looking for both part time and full time candidates.

What is the job about?
We develop both web applications as well as websites. We are looking for a great UX/UI designer - with a focus on UI design, both websites and application design. You will:
- Help refine rough wireframes and contribute with your UX know how;
- Take discussions (recorded, documented) and turn them into screens or changes to current UX wireframes;
- Design websites with a UI that is polished, aligned with the client branding guidelines and following the "web best principles".
- Take existing designs and make changes to reflect new business requirements or client decisions;
- Take part in meetings with team to discuss needs and review output;
- Work with Figma to prepare design for dev handoff (proper component development, versions/variants, etc)

What does the engagement look like?
We have some more urgent projects where help is needed. A decision to start will be made by Monday *maximum* and we expect the candidate to be available from Tuesday, 27 Jan.

How many hours? How does it progres?
We'll need some immediate availability as mentioned. We offer two engagement types (we will discuss and agree with the candidate on one):

- Full Time

- Part time variable (15-25h/week)

What are the requirements?
- Experience in UX for both websites and applications (web or mobile);
- Experience in UI design for modern websites and applications (web or mobile);
- Proficiency with Figma - able to create components, prepare handoff to dev.
- Real, commercial experience (at least a client in or outside of upWork)
- Able to communicate in English (calls, writing);
- Immediate availability;
- Able to do at least 15-20h/week for a few weeks *at minimum*
