Looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and ship real-world AI systems across models, infrastructure, and production.
 

What You’ll Work On

• Build & scale end-to-end AI pipelines
• Develop and deploy LLM-powered systems
• Optimize inference performance
• Design RAG systems, agent workflows, structured outputs
• Improve prompting, NLP, and data quality
 

Tech You’ll Likely Use

(Depth > breadth)
• Core engineering: CI/CD, version control, containers, APIs, databases
• Python + ML frameworks: PyTorch / TensorFlow / Keras
• LLMs / GenAI: RAG, LangChain, vector systems
• Function calling & structured outputs
 

What We’re Looking For

• Production experience with LLM / ML systems
• Strong understanding of transformers & modern AI
• Able to work across model + system + product layers
• Bias toward shipping real systems (not research only)
 

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• NLP / semantic systems experience
• NER, classification, extraction, structured data pipelines
• MLOps & inference: CUDA, vLLM, Triton, DeepSpeed, FSDP
• Fine-tuning: SFT, DPO, dataset curation
• Advanced degree (PhD)

Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails, APIs) - Mid-Level

We’re hiring a mid-level Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) to join our on-site (preferred) team in Kyiv. You’ll work on U.S.based products, building and scaling API-driven backend services, and collaborating closely with experienced engineers and product teams.

⚠️ Important

• Full-time On-site / Hybrid remote. 

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Ruby on Rails
• Implement business logic, authentication, and third-party integrations
• Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and product teams
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following Rails best practices
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Participate in code reviews and iterative delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Agentic Development Understanding.
• 3+ years of commercial experience with Ruby on Rails
• Hands-on experience building API-first applications
• Solid understanding of REST, JSON, JWT authentication
• Strong knowledge of ActiveRecord and relational databases (Postgres or MySQL)
• Experience with RSpec (unit, request, integration tests)
• Comfortable with Git workflows and Agile teams
• Practical experience using Postman, Swagger, or similar API tools
• Familiarity with background jobs (Sidekiq / ActiveJob)
• Pragmatic mindset — focus on shipping value, not over-engineering
• Willingness to learn and improve with team support

Nice to Have

• Experience with service-oriented architectures or microservices
• Exposure to API performance optimization and caching
• Familiarity with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
• Interest in or basic exposure to Go / Golang
