We’re hiring a Senior iOS Platform Engineer to own and lead the iOS platform layer within a Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) product powered by a fully shared Compose Multiplatform UI.

This is a high-impact role focused on deep iOS platform engineering, performance, architecture, and native system excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of senior-level iOS engineering experience

  • App lifecycle
  • ARC & memory management
  • Swift concurrency
  • Instruments & performance profiling
• Proven track record shipping and maintaining production apps via the App Store
• Strong experience integrating complex third-party SDKs
• Ability to own platform-level architecture decisions

What You’ll Own

• iOS platform architecture within a shared KMP codebase
• Kotlin/Native ↔ Swift interoperability
• Threading & concurrency boundary management
• Performance, memory, and startup-time optimization on real devices
• Native system APIs (push notifications, permissions, deep linking, StoreKit, etc.)
• App Store release process: signing, provisioning, TestFlight, CI/CD automation
• Ensuring Compose UI on iOS meets native-level standards (UX, accessibility, stability)

Note: Deep iOS platform expertise is essential. KMP/Compose experience is a strong plus.

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer who can own quality end-to-end: build a pragmatic test strategy, execute strong manual and automation testing, and scale reliable UI automation using Playwright. You’ll partner closely with product, design, and engineering to prevent regressions, improve release confidence, and keep feedback loops fast.

Responsibilities

• Own quality for assigned product areas: test planning, execution, sign-off
• Design and maintain Playwright E2E / UI tests (stable selectors, good waits, minimal flakiness)
• Perform manual testing: exploratory, regression, smoke, cross-browser, mobile responsive
• Define test coverage and risk-based testing aligned with releases
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, lightweight documentation
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD with clear reporting and fast failure signals
• Investigate test failures + product bugs, run root-cause analysis, drive fixes with devs
• Improve QA processes: test environments, data setup, mocking, release gates

Required skills

• 3+ years QA experience (manual + automation)
• Playwright (TypeScript / JavaScript) hands-on E2E experience
• Strong web testing fundamentals: DOM, network, cookies/storage, caching, auth flows
• Test design: equivalence partitions, boundary testing, exploratory, risk-based
• CI pipelines: GitHub Actions / GitLab / Bitbucket / Jenkins
• Strong debugging skills: logs, DevTools, flaky tests, root causes
• API testing (Postman / Insomnia) + basic SQL / data validation
• Clear communication and ownership mindset

Nice to have

• Visual regression testing or accessibility testing
• Contract testing or component testing
• Observability tools: Datadog, Sentry, quality metrics

Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails, APIs) - Mid-Level

We’re hiring a mid-level Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails) to join our on-site team in Kyiv. You’ll work on U.S.based products, building and scaling API-driven backend services, and collaborating closely with experienced engineers and product teams.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Ruby on Rails
• Implement business logic, authentication, and third-party integrations
• Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and product teams
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following Rails best practices
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Participate in code reviews and iterative delivery

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Ruby on Rails
• Hands-on experience building API-first applications
• Solid understanding of REST, JSON, JWT authentication
• Strong knowledge of ActiveRecord and relational databases (Postgres or MySQL)
• Experience with RSpec (unit, request, integration tests)
• Comfortable with Git workflows and Agile teams
• Practical experience using Postman, Swagger, or similar API tools
• Familiarity with background jobs (Sidekiq / ActiveJob)
• Pragmatic mindset — focus on shipping value, not over-engineering
• Willingness to learn and improve with team support

Nice to Have

• Experience with service-oriented architectures or microservices
• Exposure to API performance optimization and caching
• Familiarity with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
• Interest in or basic exposure to Go / Golang
