We are looking for the thoughtful UX Designer to transform provided learning materials into Articulate Storyline–compatible wireframes that define the end-to-end learner journey, interaction logic, states, and feedback, ensuring a clear, cohesive UX throughout the module.

Project timeline: starting from now and working for approximately 1–2 months on this project. Sometimes workload is high and requires full-time commitment. We also might have other projects for you in the future.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Rework inputs into screen-by-screen wireframes in Miro, planning information order and depicting all possible user actions, states, and feedback (positive, negative, general).
    • Define a start screen with clear instructions; map automatic vs. manually-triggered interactions; include explicit feedback screens and continuation logic after feedback.
    • Maintain module structure (first slide: Title; last slide: Summary) and ensure flows are fully connected via an end-to-end review.
    • Improving learning clarity by splitting dense slides, adding short on-screen instructions, and using 1–2 segment intro slides were helpful.
    • Integrate more photos/graphics and place Smith-Lopez family references/images where appropriate.
    • Adhere to our UI and Storyline standards; if slide order changes, mark it clearly for QA.
    • Deliver the Miro link in Asana and keep the task open until the module summary text is finalized. Use only the QA-corrected storyboard version.

    Required skills:

    • Proven UX/wireframing experience – ideally with experience in e-learning with Articulate Storyline deliverables.
    • Ability to design interaction patterns (drag-and-drop, validation flows, immediate vs. manual checks) and specify state/feedback logic.
    • Strong information architecture, micro-copy for on-screen instructions, and attention to standards/QA handoff.
    • Usage of Miro and Asana for collaboration.
    • English on the level of good understanding of the written instructions (inputs). Project communication is in Ukrainian.

    Terms of cooperation:

    - Hourly payment

    - Flexible schedule
