About the Role

We are looking for a skilled .NET/React Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge SaaS platform designed for the B2B sector. The product empowers thousands of users by automating critical business processes and enhancing daily operational efficiency.

As part of our team, you’ll work in a highly collaborative environment, participating in the creation of scalable, maintainable, and user-centric web solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain robust web applications using .NET (C#) on the server side and React on the client side
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product owners
• Contribute to architectural decisions and feature planning
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Ensure the application is scalable, responsive, and secure

• Take part in code reviews and continuous improvement processes

   

What We’re Looking For

• 1.5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET and React.js
• Strong understanding of web architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration best practices
• Solid background in working with relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with modern development practices (SOLID, DRY, clean code)
• Experience with Git, unit testing, and CI/CD workflows

• Good English communication skills — both written and spoken (Upper-Intermediate or above)

   

Nice to Have

• Previous work on SaaS or enterprise B2B systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Social Media Marketing Specialist (IT / B2B / International Focus)

Remote | Full-time | Mid-Senior Level

Bliscore is a Ukrainian IT company delivering custom software solutions to international clients. We’re seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of our brand’s social media strategy and drive meaningful engagement across global markets.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our social media presence strategy aligned with business goals (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), targeting international clients
• Conduct competitive research within the outsourcing/outstaffing sector and monitor SMM trends
• Prepare performance analytics and reports for continuous improvement
• Plan and create engaging content: client cases, expert articles, testimonials, team culture highlights, job postings, and event announcements
• Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook) for lead generation and brand awareness
• Setting key performance indicators for social media campaigns and analyzing social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and understanding key metrics
• Work closely with the sales team to support the company's business goals
• Promote employer brand and Bliscore’s services
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SMM in the IT sector or a digital agency
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B platform
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience promoting services in international markets (e.g., DACH, UK, Nordics, US)
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads / LinkedIn Ads
• Strong content creation skills: both visual and written
• Experience with social media strategy development and execution
• Knowledge of social media analytics and Google Analytics
• Proactive mindset – we’re looking for someone who brings ideas, not just tasks
• The ability to adapt to changing social media trends and platform updates
• Excellent time management and self-organization as well as strong communication skills
• Understanding of business development processes, technical specifics of IT services, and the ability to adapt technical information into understandable business language for the target audience
