Tech Stack & Requirements

• Backend: 3+ years of experience with .NET (C#) and Web API.
• Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js and modern state management.
• AI-First Mindset: Proven ability to use AI coding assistants to accelerate development, refactor code, and solve complex architectural problems.
• Database: Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher — you should be comfortable participating in technical discussions and documentation.

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in .NET and React to join our team on a long-term project focused on building and enhancing a modern call center solutions platform. The system is designed to optimize customer support processes, integrate with telephony services, and offer real-time data analytics.

• Stack: .NET 8, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Azure, Docker.
• Type: Long-term product-focused development.
• Setup: Hybrid (Lviv) or remote.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Developing Estimation Engines: Building backend logic in .NET to handle multi-currency calculations, resource loading, and project timelines.
• Dynamic UI Components: Using React and TypeScript to build complex "Estimation Builders" where users drag-and-drop tasks to see real-time budget updates.
• Data Visualization: Implementing charts and progress bars to help managers visualize project health.
• Database Management: Optimizing PostgreSQL queries to handle large sets of historical estimation data.
• Feature Ownership: Taking a task from a Jira ticket to a production-ready feature through code reviews and CI/CD.
