  What you’ll do:
• Run market, competitor, and trend research; identify rising and exploding topics before they’re saturated
• Own keyword and prompt strategy
• Prepare and post content that actually gets traffic
• Design and maintain site architecture, internal linking, and crawl health
• Turn engineer-written technical material into clear, publishable, SEO/GEO-optimized content – and publish it yourself in WordPress and LinkedIn
• Produce and edit visuals (Canva, AI image tools) with proper alt text and on-page hygiene
• Build backlinks and off-site presence
• Instrument and report: Search Console, Analytics, rank tracking, AI-visibility monitoring — with a clear read on what’s working and what to kill
• Automate your own repetitive work with scripts

Requirements:

1. Search – expert level: technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and AI/answer-engine optimization. Topical authority through pillars and clusters. Demonstrated history of taking pages to top 1–3 and lifting a domain’s authority.
2. Tools: WordPress admin, Ahrefs (or equivalent), Screaming Frog or similar crawler, Google Search Console, Analytics, News, SERP APIs, Canva and AI image generation. Working fluency with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini as both research tools and ranking surfaces.
3. Writing: scientific and technical clarity – clutter cut, active voice, verb-driven sentences, paragraphs that hold a single idea. You’ll be editing PhD-level engineers; you need to be credible to them and readable to their buyers.
4. Technical background: AI/ML, data science, or computer science – enough to understand AI agents, model architectures, and data visualization without hand-holding. Python at a working level: scripting, basic OOP, API calls, automating your own routines.
5. Research instinct: you can size a market, read a competitive landscape, and spot a trend early enough to matter.
6. Ownership of the business process – SEO/AIO. The outcome is the number of organic leads with commercial intent.

Blackthorn.ai is looking for a DevOps / MLOps Engineer to join our engineering team and help us build, maintain, and improve reliable cloud infrastructure for AI/ML and software projects.

You will work closely with developers, ML engineers, and other technical team members to automate deployments, manage cloud infrastructure, improve system reliability, and ensure secure and observable production environments.
 

What you’ll do:

• Design, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure
• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and reusable Infrastructure-as-Code modules
• Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Work with Kubernetes and Docker to deploy and manage containerized applications
• Support infrastructure for ML/MLOps workloads and microservices
• Manage and improve IAM, access control, and security practices
• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues and help ensure high availability and reliability
• Collaborate with development and ML teams on infrastructure and deployment requirements
• Automate routine infrastructure and operational tasks using Python and Bash
• Contribute to cloud architecture and infrastructure improvements across projects
   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, MLOps, or a related role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Strong practical experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD
• Experience with Argo CD and GitOps-based deployment workflows
• Experience with Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana for monitoring, logging, and observability
• Good understanding of cloud networking, Linux administration, and infrastructure management
• Experience with IAM, access control, and cloud security
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting production environments
• Ability to automate routine infrastructure and operational tasks using Bash and/or Python
• Understanding of CI/CD best practices and deployment automation
• Experience working with microservices and containerized applications
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and take ownership of DevOps tasks
