What You’ll Do:
● Build and own our sales and business development engine.
● Identify and execute on revenue opportunities (B2B, partnerships, licensing, outbound — whatever moves the needle)
● Design and refine go-to-market strategies.
● Optimize every step of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
● Work closely with leadership to align incentives, pricing, and monetization opportunities.

● Excellent understanding of creative strategy - angles, hooks, scroll-stoppers.
● Strong data fluency: CTRs, CPAs, ROAS, CAC, funnel metrics - you know how to read and act on the numbers.
● Reliable, self-managed, and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
● Fluent English, spoken and written - with no noticeable accent.
