Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across target verticals.
- Reach out to leads through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify leads based on fit, needs, and buying intent.
- Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
- Keep CRM data accurate and updated.
- Track and report weekly KPIs: outreach volume, replies, meetings booked, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on messaging and campaign feedback
- Share insights from prospect interactions and market trends.
Background
- 13 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).
- Experience or interest in high-risk industries (iGaming, Crypto, Adult, Fintech, or similar).
- Strong communication, research, and time management skills.

The Role
This is not a passive inbound-closing position. As Sales Manager, you own the pipeline from start to finish. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound prospecting, managing discovery calls, understanding client needs, and closing deals with confidence. You will work with both qualified inbound leads and high-potential outbound prospects that you source yourself. Your mission is simple: build a pipeline, control the sales process, and close revenue.

- Outbound prospecting to build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
- Inbound leads through marketing activities
- Running structured discovery and sales calls with authority
- Managing deals from first touch to close while maintaining strong conversion rates
- Handling objections strategically and driving clear next steps
- Reporting on KPIs, including pipeline value, close rate, call volume, outreach activity, and revenue
- Collaborating with marketing to refine ICP targeting and improve lead quality
