We deploy white-label resident apps and service marketplaces for large residential buildings.
Each building gets its own fully configured digital system:
- Resident onboarding and identity logic
- Access control – who can access what
- Amenity bookings – rules, pricing, eligibility
- Maintenance workflows – routing, tracking, escalation
- Broadcast communications – CRM-driven segmentation
- Integrated services marketplace – cleaning, fitness, dry cleaning, etc. with native booking and payments
- Recurring subscriptions
- Staff routing and internal dashboards
Every building is different.
Your job is to translate operational reality into a clean, working system.
This is not a pure design role. This is not support. This is ownership.
You work directly with the founder.
And the goal is clear: Build one complete system in 5 focused work days – from discovery to live – even if those 5 days are spread across a maximum 4-week project timeline.
Why This Role Is High Leverage
- Every deployment becomes a reusable template
- Your architecture decisions compound across cities and partners
- You operate at the intersection of product, operations, and SaaS logic
- You build systems used daily by thousands of residents
You are building operational infrastructure.
What You’ll Actually Do
1. Discovery
- Join Zoom calls with property managers and operators
- Absorb branding decks, compliance PDFs, amenity rules, internal processes
- Clarify contradictions and missing logic
- Extract structure from ambiguity
2. Architecture
You design something that works in the real world.
You should be very comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI models as a daily co-pilot to analyze PDFs, extract operational rules, summarize call transcripts, and clarify complex logic before structuring the system.
3. Implementation
- Build everything inside our no-code SaaS platform
- Create pages, booking forms, subscriptions, automations
- Upload assets, embed PDFs, link everything properly
- Test as different user types
You should use AI to generate and refine clear content for pages, FAQs, onboarding flows, and booking instructions so the final product is not only structured correctly, but also clear and usable for real residents.
4. Launch
- Present the finished system to the client
- Adjust fast
- Ensure operational clarity
- Improve internal playbooks for the next deployment
Then move to the next building.
Who Will Thrive Here
- You’ve implemented complex SaaS tools end-to-end
- You understand role-based systems and operational workflows
- You’re comfortable leading structured client conversations
- You can move fast without losing structure
- You enjoy building from zero
You should be very comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI models as a daily co-pilot – to analyze PDFs, extract rules, analyze calls, clarify logic, and accelerate structured thinking.
Bonus if you get energy from turning chaos into order.
What Success Looks Like
- A new building goes from raw PDFs to live system in 5 days
- Zero confusion about access logic
- Clean booking flows
- Staff know exactly where requests go
- Residents understand the app instantly
This role is for someone who wants real ownership, speed, and impact.
This role is not just a job – it’s a crash course in building real digital businesses.
You will touch every layer of a live SaaS system: product architecture, payments, subscriptions, CRM, automation, marketplace logic, operations, and client strategy.
You won’t optimize pixels. You will design systems that move money, coordinate people, and power real-world buildings.
If you want a foundation that compounds for life, this is it.
