Responsibilities: 
- Expand the customer base, while capturing and developing business development strategies according to trends;
- Develop resources of Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers or relevant partners to facilitate business expansion;
- Maintain existing users and current partnerships;
- Collaborate and promote with potential investors or investment organizations to expand and develop the business.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a business development role focusing on partnerships and user growth
- Strong knowledge of the CIS market
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets
- Passionate about the crypto industry
- The detail-oriented, results-focused individual who can work with minimal supervision
- Fluent English.
