Bintime

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to execute and grow Bintime's marketing funnel. This is a hands-on individual contributor role — not a team management position — focused on generating qualified leads that Sales converts into revenue.
 

You will own the core demand generation channels: HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Ads, content and SEO, and email nurture sequences. Freelance designers, writers, and video editors are available to activate on brief, but direction and execution are yours. You work closely with the Head of Sales, CEO.
 

If results are consistent and pipeline grows, we build a team around you at 12–18 months. That path is real and tied to what you deliver.

Our ICP spans B2B companies where software engineering, delivery capacity, and digital commerce are genuine business needs. The primary vertical is eCommerce and retail tech, but we work across AI, fintech, SaaS, and logistics. Services gets the majority of your focus.
 

Responsibilities

• Building and managing core marketing channels (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) includes launching campaigns from scratch, independently producing and optimizing assets, and continuously improving conversion performance.
• Content and SEO execution covers blog posts, case studies, gated lead magnets (benchmark reports, audits, checklists), and keyword-driven content — every piece produced with a conversion purpose.
• Email nurture management involves building HubSpot sequences that move inbound leads from form fill to booked call. Conversion flows, not newsletters.
• Website and landing page ownership includes maintaining bintime.com, gepard.io, b-hive.io, and campaign landing pages — forms, CTAs, conversion testing, and tracking.
• Sales alignment and asset production involves weekly syncing with the Head of Sales, pre-qualifying form submissions before routing, and producing outbound-supporting assets (case studies, landing pages, demo videos) on the SDR team's brief.
• Budget management covers allocating and reallocating the paid media budget (€4–8K/month) across channels monthly, based on what the numbers show.
• Reporting includes maintaining one shared HubSpot dashboard tracking form submissions, sales-accepted leads, and marketing-sourced closed-won revenue.
   

Required Qualifications

• Measurable B2B Marketing experience — you can point to campaigns you owned and what they produced
• HubSpot Marketing Hub + Sales Pro at builder level: forms, workflows, lead scoring, attribution — not just an end user
• Hands-on experience  in at least 3–4 of: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content production, email nurture, landing page conversion
• English — B2
• Comfortable with performance numbers: CPL, conversion rates, attribution models
• High autonomy — able to build, run, and optimize the marketing engine with minimal management input
• Brings market-based initiative — proposes new campaign ideas, messaging improvements, and channel experiments based on what they observe
   

Nice to have

• Experience marketing a B2B services business, not only SaaS products
• Clutch or G2 presence-building that moved real pipeline
• Experience working alongside an outbound SDR team
• Familiarity with eCommerce, retail tech, or PIM ecosystem

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to own the growth of outbound services across our target geographies. This is a senior individual contributor role — not a team lead — but one that requires the maturity to guide a Middle SDR, set work direction, and maintain execution discipline across the full outbound channel mix.

You will run the complete outbound motion: building your own lead lists, executing multi-channel campaigns, working events (onsite and virtual), supporting partnership outreach, and proposing sales-led activities for Marketing to amplify. You are expected to bring initiative — new campaign ideas, ICP refinements, messaging observations — not just execute a brief.

You are also responsible for the reporting layer: weekly planning and retro, monthly overview and forward plan. This is not an administrative burden — it is the mechanism that keeps everyone aligned, surfaces what is working, and builds a winning formula over time. The standard is structured process management, not micromanagement.

The qualifying factor is always the problem, not the industry label.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing outbound channels (Email + LinkedIn) includes launching from scratch and developing existing campaigns, independently sourcing leads, setting up outreach, and continuously optimizing performance.
• Searching, preparing, and managing events (online and offline) involves identifying relevant events, preparing target contact lists, and executing outreach before, during, and after events.
• Partnership & ecosystem outreach covers identifying and engaging partners and key market players through targeted outreach and building long-term relationships.
• Sales-led marketing activities involve initiating and launching marketing initiatives based on outbound insights, including campaigns, content, and case studies.
• Coordination of Middle SDR includes assigning tasks, monitoring execution quality, and improving the performance of outreach activities.
• Reporting and process management includes maintaining reporting, tracking key metrics, and building transparent processes to scale results.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B outbound sales development or lead generation experience
• Demonstrated ability to self-source, qualify, and convert outbound leads — not dependent on provided lists
• Experience selling or supporting services-based offerings: team augmentation, staff augmentation, outsourcing, or managed delivery
• Strong working knowledge of GTM and ABM execution across multiple geographies and ICP types
• Proficient in Clay, Reply.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,  Claude (AI), Lusha.
• Solid HubSpot Sales Pro experience — all sales activity executed within HubSpot, no exceptions
• Experience running full event outreach cycles — pre-event, onsite or live, and post-event follow-up
• Comfortable producing structured reporting — weekly planning, retros, and monthly overviews using defined templates
• Excellent written and spoken English at business level or higher
• High autonomy — able to build, run, and optimize the outbound engine with minimal management input
• Brings market-based initiative — proposes ideas, ICP refinements, and new approaches based on what they see in the field

Nice to have

• Еxperience coordinating work for junior SDRs or lead researchers
• Experience with Cience or similar outbound services organizations
