We are looking for a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to own the growth of outbound services across our target geographies. This is a senior individual contributor role — not a team lead — but one that requires the maturity to guide a Middle SDR, set work direction, and maintain execution discipline across the full outbound channel mix.

You will run the complete outbound motion: building your own lead lists, executing multi-channel campaigns, working events (onsite and virtual), supporting partnership outreach, and proposing sales-led activities for Marketing to amplify. You are expected to bring initiative — new campaign ideas, ICP refinements, messaging observations — not just execute a brief.

You are also responsible for the reporting layer: weekly planning and retro, monthly overview and forward plan. This is not an administrative burden — it is the mechanism that keeps everyone aligned, surfaces what is working, and builds a winning formula over time. The standard is structured process management, not micromanagement.

Our ICP spans B2B companies where software engineering, delivery capacity, and technical execution are genuine constraints. The primary vertical is eCommerce and digital commerce, but the ICP is intentionally broad — we work with companies across AI, fintech, SaaS, insurance, logistics, and other sectors. The qualifying factor is always the problem, not the industry label.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing outbound channels (Email + LinkedIn) includes launching from scratch and developing existing campaigns, independently sourcing leads, setting up outreach, and continuously optimizing performance.
• Searching, preparing, and managing events (online and offline) involves identifying relevant events, preparing target contact lists, and executing outreach before, during, and after events.
• Partnership & ecosystem outreach covers identifying and engaging partners and key market players through targeted outreach and building long-term relationships.
• Sales-led marketing activities involve initiating and launching marketing initiatives based on outbound insights, including campaigns, content, and case studies.
• Coordination of Middle SDR includes assigning tasks, monitoring execution quality, and improving the performance of outreach activities.
• Reporting and process management includes maintaining reporting, tracking key metrics, and building transparent processes to scale results.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B outbound sales development or lead generation experience
• Demonstrated ability to self-source, qualify, and convert outbound leads — not dependent on provided lists
• Experience selling or supporting services-based offerings: team augmentation, staff augmentation, outsourcing, or managed delivery
• Strong working knowledge of GTM and ABM execution across multiple geographies and ICP types
• Proficient in Clay, Reply.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,  Claude (AI), Lusha.
• Solid HubSpot Sales Pro experience — all sales activity executed within HubSpot, no exceptions
• Experience running full event outreach cycles — pre-event, onsite or live, and post-event follow-up
• Comfortable producing structured reporting — weekly planning, retros, and monthly overviews using defined templates
• Excellent written and spoken English at business level or higher
• High autonomy — able to build, run, and optimize the outbound engine with minimal management input
• Brings market-based initiative — proposes ideas, ICP refinements, and new approaches based on what they see in the field

• Reporting & Control: Track delivery metrics (actual vs. estimated effort), prepare financial/operational reports, and manage risks/escalations.
• Process Ownership: Maintain high hygiene in Jira/Confluence and continuously improve delivery workflows

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing processes, scale inbound and outbound channels, and execute performance-driven campaigns for our service and product. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to grow traffic, leads, and  sales pipeline, while ensuring alignment with company's strategic and brand business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an audit of the current state of the company’s marketing division, department, channels, and strategy; develop and implement an Action Plan to streamline, optimize, and expand the pipeline through Inbound and Outbound channels.

Required Qualifications

• Practical experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies in the North American and Western European markets.
• In-depth understanding of modern digital tools and analytics (SEO, Paid, SMM, Affiliate, PR, branding, content marketing).
• Proven track record in B2B IT consulting, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and lead generation (MQL/SQL).
• Ability to fluently work with LTV, CAC, and ROMI metrics and conduct in-depth channel audits independently.
• Practical experience integrating marketing initiatives with Product, BizDev, and KAM.
• English proficiency at the Upper Intermediate level or higher.
