In this role, you'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle — from handling warm leads to closing deals and building strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with our SDR and lead generation team to convert potential into partnerships.

🎯 Key outcomes of the role:

• Own and drive the sales process from qualified lead to closed deal
• Communicate with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and video calls (Zoom/Google Meet)
• Present Binary Future’s service offerings to startups and SMEs
• Understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly
• Negotiate terms, prepare offers, and finalize agreements
• Collaborate with SDRs and leadgen team for smooth handoffs and targeting
• Provide regular reports to the Sales Team Lead on deals, conversations, and results
• Identify growth opportunities within existing client base
• Optionally close small-size deals directly without additional team input

💼 About You:

• 1+ year of experience in sales (preferably in IT or digital services) 
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and result-driven
• Comfortable with CRMs and online communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Suite)

• Open-minded and able to build rapport with prospects from different countries

Python/Django Developer (Part-Time, ~30 hours/month)

We are looking for a talented Python/Django Engineer to join our growing remote team.
Shopify experience would be a great plus, but it’s not required.

You will have the opportunity to:

Requirements:

🔹 Python (3.x), Django Framework (2+ years of commercial experience)

🔹 Experience with frontend basics (HTML5, CSS3, JS) — good to have
🔹 Familiarity with Docker, Git, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or similar)

Binary Future is seeking a skilled JavaScript Engineer to join our growing remote team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity to work on diverse e-commerce products, collaborate with an international team, and grow both technically and professionally.

What You Will Do

🔹 Work on various e-commerce projects and help build high-quality stores from the ground up.
🔹 Receive mentorship from experienced senior developers.
🔹 Collaborate with a multicultural team across 4 countries in an environment where every opinion matters.

Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript development.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React, and React Native.
• Experience with Supabase, Firebase, or similar backend-as-a-service tools.
• Experience with state managers (Redux, Zustand, MobX or similar).
• Experience with TanStack Query.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code.

Bonus Points

• Experience working with Expo.
• Knowledge of how to publish iOS and Android apps to production.
• Experience in backend or full-stack development.
• Proficiency in SQL databases.
• Experience implementing KYC services.
• Experience with chat functionality: file sharing, audio messages, video calls.
• Ability to leverage AI tools effectively (prompting, improving responses, workflow automation).
