Основні завдання:

• Створення механік для реактивації та зростання ігрової активності клієнтів;
• Створення та надсилання e-mail, sms, app-push, повідомлень у особистий кабінет клієнтів;
• Вивантаження даних із бази даних та взаємодія з ними;
• Розрахунок бонусів для клієнтів та їх нарахування в CRM;
• Створення невеликих акцій із розміщенням на сайті;
• Допомога у плануванні Retention-стратегій, створенні великих акцій із розміщенням на сайті;
• Взаємодія із командами казино, дизайну, контенту, креативу, продукту.

Для нас важливо:

• Досвід роботи на позиціях: Retention Manager, CRM Manager, E-mail-Marketing Manager від 6-ти місяців;
• Досвід в нішах: Betting, Gambling, Forex trading (опціони), Dating;

• Conduct threat hunting over log sources connected to the SIEM and develop new coverage
