We are looking for a strong Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of performance marketing and independently build and improve marketing processes. The company works with both products and services and already has active campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. This role is not just about managing ad accounts. We need someone who can develop a performance strategy, test hypotheses, analyze the full funnel, and drive measurable results.
 

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Work with multiple brands and advertising campaigns
• Build and maintain a backlog of marketing hypotheses
• Plan and run A/B tests
• Analyze the full funnel: Lead → CRM → Sale
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics
• Work with landing pages and CRO
• Analyze and improve ad creatives and messaging
• Gradually take over campaign management from an external contractor
• Build and improve performance marketing processes independently
   

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Practical experience with TikTok Ads — required
• Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Strong experience with Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, YouTube
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets, ideally $3K–$10K+ per project/month
• Strong understanding of analytics, conversion tracking and funnels
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO
• Understanding of high-converting landing page structures
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Experience working with AI tools for marketing and creative production is a plus
• Experience with content, creatives, websites or SEO is a plus
• Strong spoken English (B2+/C1) — required for ongoing communication with the client
