    We’re looking for an Automated Lead Generation Specialist to build a predictable, high-quality top-of-funnel. You’ll own ICP research, prospect list creation, enrichment, and multi-channel sequencing—turning cold data into qualified conversations for our sales team.
     

    What You’ll Do
    Define and refine ICPs and target account lists for new markets/segments.
    Build, clean, and enrich prospect lists (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/Clearbit/Clay).
    Configure and iterate email + LinkedIn sequences; test subject lines, openers, and CTAs.
    Monitor deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), validate emails, and keep bounce/opt-out rates low.
    Automate workflows with Zapier/Make; ensure clean hand-off into CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
    Run weekly A/B tests; report insights and scale winning plays.
    Maintain data hygiene: dedupe, standardize fields, track UTMs, and document SOPs.
    Collaborate with SDRs/AEs on qualification criteria and meeting quality.
     

    What You’ll Bring
    1+ years in B2B outbound lead gen, growth ops, or SDR with heavy automation.
    Hands-on with at least three of: HubSpot/Salesforce, Apollo/Snov.io, Lemlist/Reply.io, Clay/Clearbit, Zapier/Make, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    Strong data skills (CSV wrangling, filters, basic regex); confident in building enrichment logic.
    Proven cold-outreach copywriting (share examples and reply/meeting rates).
    Solid grasp of email deliverability and inbox placement.
    Working knowledge of GDPR/consent best practices for EU outreach.
     

    How We’ll Measure Success
    Weekly: net-new enriched contacts added, sequence coverage %, deliverability >[97%], positive reply rate, booked meetings.
    Monthly: Sales-Accepted Leads (SALs), SQLs sourced, pipeline value, cost per meeting/SQL, hand-off acceptance rate ≥[90%].
