We need someone to build strong candidate pipelines for software engineering, DevOps, and AI roles, with a focus on reaching passive talent.

🚀 Help99 is hiring: Marketing Lead (Fundraising & Growth)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia or Kyiv, Ukraine

We are looking for a strong growth operator to help us scale fundraising and grow our donor community.

This is not a generic marketing lead role.

We already run campaigns, work with influencers, and operate across multiple channels. What we need now is someone who brings a new view and new skills we do not yet have.

The gap is not “more posting.”

The gap is finding new funnels, testing them fast, and scaling what actually brings donations.

You will work directly with the founders and help build the next fundraising engine for Help99.

What you’ll do:

🧪 Find & Test: Build new fundraising funnels beyond our current core channels and test ideas fast.

📊 Read the Signal: Analyze campaign, website, donor, and channel performance — and turn data into action.

⚡️ Scale What Works: Spot winning ideas, improve them fast, and turn them into repeatable growth models.

🤝 Build Partnerships: Work with influencers, partners, and collaborators to create new fundraising formats.

🎯 Drive Results: Improve how we measure ROI, conversion, donor growth, and campaign performance.

🧠 Lead Projects: Coordinate people and experiments across paid, organic, website, email, and partner channels.

Who you are:

📈 Analytical: You know how to read data, spot patterns, and make smart decisions fast.

💡 Creative: You generate ideas, test them in the real world, and are not afraid to kill weak ones.

🛠️ Operator: You like building systems, not just throwing out ideas.

👥 Lead: You have some team lead experience and can coordinate people and move projects forward.

🌍 Communicator: Strong English is a must.

🔥 Driven: High ownership, hands-on mindset, and real hunger to grow donations.

Big pluses:

YouTube growth, influencer-led campaigns, e-commerce, non-profit fundraising, performance marketing, or building online communities.
