Help99 is hiring: LinkedIn & B2B Campaign Manager

Mission: build Help99's B2B donor pipeline on LinkedIn - through business-focused content, influencer partnerships, and direct outreach that turns founders and companies into donors.

We're looking for someone to own a new fundraising channel for us: LinkedIn. We already raise through public campaigns and influencer work on other platforms. What we don't have yet is a structured way to reach businesses and founders. This is a build-from-scratch role with two connected pieces: running our LinkedIn presence, and turning the leads it generates into onboarded, donating companies.

What you'll do:

• Own LinkedIn: build and run our company page and content - long-form, business-focused posts, including stories from our own drivers.
• Process B2B leads: work the leads that come in through LinkedIn and paid campaigns inside a dedicated pipeline.
• Manage influencer partnerships: work with a starting group of influencers, find new ones, and coordinate ongoing campaigns with them.
• Test the channel: help us learn fast whether LinkedIn is a strong fundraising channel, and adjust the approach as we go.

Who you are:

• LinkedIn native: you know how to build a page and write content that lands with a founder/business audience.
• B2B communicator: confident reaching out cold, explaining value clearly, and closing.
• Influencer relationship builder: you know how to source, vet, and manage ongoing influencer partnerships - this is relationship-building, not media buying.
• Self-directed operator: comfortable building the playbook as you go rather than following an existing one.
• Communicator: strong English required.

Big pluses: Prior influencer-marketing experience, B2B sales or SDR background, experience with LinkedIn organic and paid, NGO experience.
 

What matters most: Companies onboarded and donation volume generated through the B2B/LinkedIn funnel, tracked in Pipedrive CRM.

🚀 Help99 is hiring: Marketing Lead (Fundraising & Growth)

Location: Tallinn, Estonia or Kyiv, Ukraine

We are looking for a strong growth operator to help us scale fundraising and grow our donor community.

This is not a generic marketing lead role.

We already run campaigns, work with influencers, and operate across multiple channels. What we need now is someone who brings a new view and new skills we do not yet have.

The gap is not “more posting.”

The gap is finding new funnels, testing them fast, and scaling what actually brings donations.

You will work directly with the founders and help build the next fundraising engine for Help99.

What you’ll do:

🧪 Find & Test: Build new fundraising funnels beyond our current core channels and test ideas fast.

📊 Read the Signal: Analyze campaign, website, donor, and channel performance — and turn data into action.

THE COMPANY

Max Joule https://maxjouletech.com/ develops and manufactures battery cells and systems for a range of industries including space, medical, mining, and defence. We closed a EUR 1.1 million seed round, we're cash positive, and we have our first commercially ready battery cell in production at our manufacturing plant in Tallinn.

We're an early-stage company run by two hands-on founders, with a growing engineering team in Estonia. Our ambition is to become a leading specialist battery manufacturer in Europe.

THE ROLE

We're opening our first presence in Ukraine, and this is the person who will build it. You'll be our technical face on the ground - testing our batteries with local manufacturers and units, troubleshooting when things don't work, and building the customer relationships that grow our presence in the market.

This is a genuinely dual role. Roughly half of it is hands-on technical work: receiving equipment, running tests, modifying and repairing hardware, feeding real-world findings back to our engineering team in Tallinn. The other half is commercial and operational: opening doors with new customers, attending industry events, and handling the practical side of getting our Ukrainian operation off the ground - including setting up the office itself.

You'll report directly to one of the founders and work closely with the Estonian engineering and manufacturing team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Receive our materials and equipment in Ukraine and run testing with local manufacturers and units
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site, including hands-on modification, soldering, and assembly
• Answer customer questions on product functionality, performance, and integration
• Support customers through deployment, testing, and operational use
• Bring customer feedback, issues, and feature requests back to our engineering team
• Proactively reach out to and build relationships with new customers and partners
• Represent us at meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
• Handle physical logistics, including moving stock and delivering parts to customer sites
• Set up and run the day-to-day operations of our Ukrainian unit, including finding our office and supporting company registration
• Travel to customer and partner locations across Ukraine

YOUR FIRST FEW MONTHS

• Get our office and operational presence in Ukraine up and running
• Support the company registration process
• Pick up conversations already underway with units and manufacturers, and move them into testing and sales
• Work with the Estonian team to establish a smooth process for shipping battery cells into Ukraine

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential

• Technical education at technician level or above - practical capability matters more to us than formal qualifications
• Hands-on experience with electronics or battery systems, at cell or pack level
• Ability to read CAD drawings and electrical schematics
• Practical troubleshooting, soldering, and equipment modification skills
• Comfortable working independently, without someone looking over your shoulder
• Ukrainian at native or fluent level, and English at working proficiency

Nice to have

• Experience working with army units, or having served
• Experience building battery packs or energy storage systems
• Background in sales, business development, or account management
• Higher education in electrochemistry, electronics, or electrical systems
• Ability to produce CAD drawings and electrical schematics
• Valid driving licence
• An existing network in the Ukrainian technology or manufacturing ecosystem
