We are currently hiring an expert-level WordPress developer to help out on our project Booking Agent Info (Bookingagentinfo.com). We currently have 1 WP developer, and looking to bring on an additional developer to help us finish urgent work.

We have 3 sites in which we need help building features for. These are our products.
 

This is not a standard WordPress role. We’re looking for someone with deep technical ability who can work across databases, write and integrate APIs, and develop advanced custom solutions—not just tweak templates. You should have experience building and scaling complex platforms beyond the basics of WordPress.
 

We are looking for someone who is ready to push hard, work with urgency, and take real ownership over what they build. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative without being asked, and wants to help drive a product forward—not just complete assigned tasks—this could be a great fit.

• Deep Technical Expertise: You go far beyond WordPress basics. You're comfortable working with PHP at a high level, managing and optimizing large databases, and building as well as integrating APIs from scratch.
• Proactivity and Initiative: You don’t wait for permission—you spot issues, propose improvements, and start building better solutions on your own.
• Product-Focused Mindset: You think beyond code and care about the user experience and business outcomes. You contribute thoughtful feedback that improves the product.
• Independent and Reliable: You don’t need to be micromanaged. You take ownership of your work and follow through with accountability.
• Thorough and Detail-Oriented: You test your own work, troubleshoot edge cases, and take pride in delivering clean, functional code.
• Experience Creating Multilingual Sites: You have experience making a site multilingual using plugins like Polylang or WPML
• Experience with Symfony is a plus
   

We’re hiring a Symfony Developer who’s more than just a coder—you’re a product thinker who understands how features should work from a business and user perspective.

Please note our project is Angular on frontend
 

This is a full-time, fully focused role. If you're looking for a side gig or part-time work, this isn't the right fit.

Our product (BookingAgentInfo.com) connects businesses with celebrities and influencers for endorsements, brand partnerships, and event bookings. We’re growing fast and the main focus for whoever we hire will be to rebuild our current application. We h We’re also integrating AI features that enhance our internal workflows and user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Refactor and improve our Symfony codebase for performance and maintainability
• Build features with a strong understanding of business logic and user needs
• Translate product requirements into smart data relationships and clean architecture
• Test your work like a real user—there’s no dedicated QA team
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and team to shape the product
   

What We’re Looking For

• Expert Symfony skills (Symfony 4.4+ and Doctrine)
• Product mindset—you care about how things work and why
• Strong database design skills (MySQL or similar)
• Able to work independently, move fast, and take ownership
• Comfortable with basic frontend (HTML, CSS, JS framework like Vue or React)
• Fluent in English, with at least 4 hours overlap with 9 AM–6 PM EST
