Our product connects businesses with celebrities and influencers for various business engagements. We’re growing fast and rebuilding our legacy Symfony application in Laravel + Filament, transferring all existing data, and integrating AI-powered features that will help shape the future of the entertainment industry.

We’re looking for someone who not only writes clean, reliable code—but also works with urgency, takes ownership, and drives projects forward without waiting for instructions on every detail. If you spot a problem, you solve it. If you see a better way to build something, you speak up. This is a fast-paced, ambitious environment—we move quickly, and you’ll need to be comfortable with hard work and tight sprints to achieve big goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Rebuild our existing Symfony application in Laravel + Filament, ensuring all data is migrated accurately.
• Implement new features, including AI-powered functionality that improves user experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with our internal team and outside development teams during the rebuild process.
• Maintain and improve existing Laravel code as we transition from Symfony.
• Fix bugs and deliver updates swiftly while maintaining high quality.
• Perform thorough testing of your work—there is no dedicated QA team, so attention to detail is critical.
• Make architectural decisions to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Set up and maintain automated testing, error reporting, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Laravel Expertise: Proven experience building and maintaining Laravel applications.
• Filament Experience: Strong understanding of Filament for admin panel and UI development.
• Symfony Knowledge: Ability to work with Symfony for migration purposes (experience with data migration between frameworks is a plus).
• Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of MySQL (or other RDBMS).
• Front-End Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a JavaScript framework (Vue, React, or similar).
• Testing Skills: Ability to write automated tests (PHPUnit, Pest) and front-end tests when needed.
• Version Control: Comfortable working with Git for version control and collaboration.
• Communication: Strong written and spoken English for effective collaboration with a USA-based team.

• Availability: Able to overlap 4 hours within 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
