Bato is a full-cycle web design and development agency. We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generator / Pre-Sales Manager to help us drive our business development strategy across the US and EU markets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound requests from Dribbble, email, and other channels.
• Search for opportunities and write proposals on Upwork.
• Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients to present the company and gather project details for the pre-sales stage.
• Search for clients and partners via LinkedIn and email.
• Explore and work with new lead generation channels.
• Prepare initial project information and conduct pre-sales assessments.
• Maintain documentation in the CRM.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Lead Generation, Pre-Sales, Sales, or IT B2B.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• High level of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Ambition to learn, grow, and improve skills quickly.

• Results-Oriented: You're motivated to achieve targets and drive company growth.

● Share your designs via Instagram stories, reels, and posts
● Research users and trends to build intuitive interfaces
● Keep up with modern UI/UX trends
● Collaborate with devs and other team members to bring ideas to life
 

What we expect from you:
● Love for design and modern UI trends
● Good taste and strong visual thinking
● Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
● Confidence with Figma and core tools
● A portfolio with 2–3 outstanding works that showcase your potential

Would be a plus:
● Graphic design or branding experience
● Basic motion design (After Effects)
● English — Upper-Intermediate+
