If you dream of becoming a UI/UX designer, already understand the basics, and have a strong desire to learn, this opportunity might be for you.

We don’t expect you to know everything from day one. However, you should understand the fundamentals of UI/UX, have 2–3 strong portfolio projects, and be ready to complete a small test task.

We are looking for someone with good visual taste, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly. You enjoy exploring new ideas and tools, use modern technologies and AI in your work, take ownership of your tasks, and stay focused on results.

What you’ll do:
● Design websites, landing pages, and digital products
● Research users, competitors, references, and trends
● Generate ideas and turn them into strong visual concepts
● Create Dribbble shots and content for social media
● Collaborate with developers and other team members
● Present your work and improve it based on feedback
 

What we expect from you:
● A genuine interest in design and modern digital products
● Good taste and strong visual thinking
● Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
● Confidence with Figma
● Curiosity and willingness to learn
● Independence, responsibility, and attention to detail
● A portfolio with 2–3 strong projects

Would be a plus:
● Graphic design or branding experience
● Basic motion design skills
● Experience with AI tools
● Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Bato — диджитал агенція з вебдизайну та розробки, яка створює цифрові продукти для клієнтів на міжнародних ринках. Ми шукаємо людину на посаду Sales Assistant / Lead Generation Assistant, яка хоче розвиватися в диджитал сфері в напрямку lead generation та sales.

Ми шукаємо людину, яка вміє думати, швидко реагувати, розуміти контекст запиту та брати відповідальність за результат своєї роботи.

Основні обов’язки

• Швидко та якісно обробляти вхідні запити на площадках Dribbble, Behance, Upwork та email.
• Аналізувати запити клієнтів, розуміти їхні потреби та готувати змістовні відповіді.
• Працювати з outbound lead generation: пошук потенційних клієнтів, персоналізовані повідомлення та follow-ups.
• Подаватися на релевантні проєкти на Upwork та Dribbble.
• Працювати з CRM та підтримувати актуальну інформацію по лідах.
• Тестувати нові підходи та канали лідогенерації.

На старті це основна зона відповідальності. Надалі можна розвиватися як у Lead Generation, беручи більше відповідальності за нові канали, так і в Sales — через introduction calls, discovery, підготовку pre-estimates та роботу з проєктами.

Що ми шукаємо

• добре володів англійською мовою — письмово та усно;
• був уважним до деталей і швидко реагував на нові запити;
• вмів аналізувати інформацію та розуміти контекст, а не просто виконувати механічні задачі;
• відповідально ставився до своєї роботи та домовленостей;
• міг самостійно організовувати свою роботу;
• хотів розвиватися в lead generation або sales.

Досвід у Lead Generation, Sales або IT буде перевагою, але не є обов’язковим.
