We are looking for a colleague for the position of UX Designer who has strong experience in FinTech (Banking) and is able to work independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product UX/UI experience, with releases in production.
• Strong experience with payments and wallets: balance, history, statuses, fees, limits, refunds/disputes.
• Understanding of KYC/AML and how it works for both the user and the operator.
• Strong mobile UX (iOS/Android) experience + responsive web UX.
• Strong experience designing admin panels: roles/permissions, tables, filters, audit log, KYC moderation, transaction management, reporting.
• Ability to start from scratch: discovery, asking questions, rapid prototyping, MVP prioritization.
• Systematic approach: design system, components, states, documentation, and handoff for development.
• Metrics and improvements: funnels, events, hypotheses, A/B testing, working with support and feedback.

Would be plus

• Real-world experience in iGaming/sportsbooks (bonuses, referrals, game providers, lobby/catalog).
• Experience with multi-geo (countries, currencies, localization, various documents).
• Responsible gambling patterns at the UX level (limits, self-exclusion, warnings).
