Being a custom software development company, we are specializing in the web, mobile and desktop development.Requirements:
-Proven experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative, or similar role in IT outsourcing, software development, or SaaS company;
- Proficient in lead generation tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator);
- Strong understanding of software development concepts, common tech stacks, and industry trends;
- Ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach messages;
- the possibility of traveling abroad;
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
-Identify, research, and qualify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, SalesQL, Crunchbase, Hubspot, etc.;
- Conduct outbound email campaigns and social media outreach;
- Handle leads from marketing channels;
- Customize messaging to resonate with prospects' pain points and business needs;
- Participate in pre-sales meeting;.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing specialists to align strategies and improve lead conversion rates;
- Participate in brainstorming sessions;
- Track and report key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates and meetings booked;
