Requirements:
-1+ year of experience in B2B lead generation for IT / consulting
-Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, Clay, HubSpot, or similar
-Strong English (B2+), with ability to craft professional and personalized messages
-Understanding of lead qualification frameworks (BANT, CHAMP, ICPs)
-Data-driven approach — ability to analyze campaigns and optimize performance
-Excellent organizational skills — able to manage multiple accounts and campaigns
