We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Reporting (FP&R) Lead to take ownership of the company’s strategic and operational financial management. In this role, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information, and support key management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning;
• Develop, maintain, and validate financial models and scenarios;
• Prepare and deliver regular management and performance reports;
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information;
• Define, monitor, and analyze key financial and operational KPIs;
• Perform variance, profitability, and cost structure analysis;
• Provide financial support for strategic and operational decision-making;
• Coordinate planning and reporting inputs across business units;
• Establish and maintain financial planning, reporting, and control standards;
• Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning;
• Oversee revenue, cost, and workforce financial projections;
• Support regulatory, audit, and stakeholder reporting requirements;
• Collaborate with Accounting, Compliance, and Operations functions;
  Drive automation, optimization, and continuous improvement of FP&R processes;
• Maintain documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and models;
• Identify financial risks and support mitigation planning;
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis upon management request;
• Ensure alignment of financial plans with corporate strategy;
  Support implementation and development of financial and BI systems.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) / corporate finance / transaction-heavy environments;
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, crypto, or high-growth tech strongly preferred;
• Advanced financial modelling skills (3-statement models, scenario analysis, unit economics);
• Strong Power BI and Power Query skills (data modelling, DAX, ETL logic);
• Experience working with large datasets and integrating multiple data sources;
• Solid accounting understanding (ability to reconcile management and statutory views);
• Experience running budgeting cycles and management reporting independently;
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders;

• High level of ownership and ability to operate with minimal supervision.

We are looking for a Cards and Acquiring Operations Manager to join the Banxe team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support of card issuing and acquiring products, reporting, reconciliation, and continuous improvement of card-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operational support of card issuing and acquiring products: process monitoring, client and partner support.
• Reporting analysis and interaction with card systems, including settlement schemes, transaction tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Participation in incident investigations and preparation of responses to client and partner inquiries.
• Contribution to product improvements: analysis of transaction declines and failures, drafting of enhancement requirements.
• Reporting and reconciliation: preparation of regular reports, verification of commission and balance calculations, transaction data review, and financial reconciliation.
• Ensuring compliance with card scheme requirements (e.g., MasterCard).
  
   

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, economics, or technical disciplines.
• Around 5 years of experience in a bank, payment institution, or fintech company working with card issuing and/or acquiring.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data logic) and understanding of the technical side of financial processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to structure data and draw conclusions based on figures.
• Experience working with financial and operational reporting, calculations, reconciliation, and banking ledger systems.
• Ability to interpret transaction logs and analyze transaction flows.
• Proactiveness, systems thinking, and readiness to implement improvements.
  
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience interacting with international card schemes (Visa / MasterCard) on compliance-related matters.
• Understanding and/or hands-on experience with anti-fraud systems and scheme compliance rules.
• Participation in projects related to launching or enhancing card issuing and acquiring products.

Ця роль не про «зробити один прекрасний макет». Вона про регулярний продакшн: короткі відео, креативи, презентації, візуали для соцмереж та роботу всередині існуючої дизайн-системи.
Головний фокус – short-form відео з використанням AI-інструментів.

Основні обов’язки:

• Short-form відео (основний напрямок)
• Створювати Reels та інші короткі відео для соціальних платформ

• Працювати з AI-стеком: 
  - Hedra (AI avatar / talking head) 
  - Freepik Premium+ (Sora, Runway, Pika, Leonardo AI, Ideogram

  - Freepik AI Video та інші інструменти всередині підписки)

• Використовувати AI для прискорення та масштабування виробництва
• Робити варіації та розвивати вдалі формати

• Підтримувати єдиний візуальний стиль у всіх каналах

  Маркетингові матеріали (основна робота у Figma):

• Готувати презентації, прайсинги та one-pager'и
• Створювати email-креативи та візуали для соцмереж

• Підтримувати маркетингові запуски візуальними матеріалами

  Додатково: сайт (опціонально):

• Вносити правки до існуючих сторінок
• Створювати нові сторінки в рамках вже розробленої структури
• Працювати всередині існуючої дизайн-системи та UI-kit
• Робота з сайтом розглядається як додаткова зона відповідальності та оплачується окремо.

Ми готові розглядати кандидатів, які фокусуються виключно на рекламному продакшні. В цьому випадку завдання по сайту будуть передані іншому дизайнеру на відрядній основі. Якщо кандидат готовий закривати і маркетинг, і підтримку сайту, це буде перевагою і передбачає вищий рівень винагороди.

• Впевнене володіння Figma (презентації, креативи, email, соцмережі)
• Практичний досвід роботи з AI-інструментами для відео та візуального продакшну
• Здатність виробляти великий обсяг креативу в заданий термін
• Розуміння існуючих дизайн-систем та вміння працювати всередині вже розробленого UI-kit
• Розуміння того, як макети інтегруються у розробку (відступи, сітки, типографіка, компоненти)

• Досвід роботи з сайтом у Figma за вже розробленою структурою
