We are looking for a Financial Analyst for a remote work to support and oversee accounting, financial control, and reporting processes for our operations in Poland. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations, experience in corporate finance or accounting, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech/crypto environment. Fluency in Polish and Russian is required, with English being a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the external accounting provider (outsourcing)
• Review and verification of the accuracy and completeness of financial reports provided by the outsourced provider
• Coordination of financial and tax accounting treatment for various operations
• Preparation of management reports and ad-hoc financial analysis for HQ
• Financial monitoring of cryptocurrency-related operations (exchanges, accounting, compliance)
• Communication with tax authorities and other regulatory bodies in Poland on matters related to finance, economics, taxation, and reporting (in Polish)
• Support of internal and external audits
• Participation in budgeting and forecasting
• Internal document control and compliance monitoring

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Solid understanding of Polish accounting and tax regulations
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate accounting and tax as well as financial control or analysis
• Proven experience working with outsourced accounting providers
• Knowledge of Polish and Russian (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Query and Google Sheets; knowledge of BI tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment involving crypto assets

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in the crypto or fintech industry
• Understanding of cryptocurrency accounting specifics
• ACCA, CPA, or similar certification
• Experience in international companies

We are looking for a Cards and Acquiring Operations Manager to join the Banxe team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support of card issuing and acquiring products, reporting, reconciliation, and continuous improvement of card-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operational support of card issuing and acquiring products: process monitoring, client and partner support.
• Reporting analysis and interaction with card systems, including settlement schemes, transaction tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Participation in incident investigations and preparation of responses to client and partner inquiries.
• Contribution to product improvements: analysis of transaction declines and failures, drafting of enhancement requirements.
• Reporting and reconciliation: preparation of regular reports, verification of commission and balance calculations, transaction data review, and financial reconciliation.
• Ensuring compliance with card scheme requirements (e.g., MasterCard).
  
   

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, economics, or technical disciplines.
• Around 5 years of experience in a bank, payment institution, or fintech company working with card issuing and/or acquiring.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data logic) and understanding of the technical side of financial processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to structure data and draw conclusions based on figures.
• Experience working with financial and operational reporting, calculations, reconciliation, and banking ledger systems.
• Ability to interpret transaction logs and analyze transaction flows.

• Functional and non-functional testing of the product
• Manual testing and development of test automation
• Development and maintenance of test automation (Python is a strong plus)

You will define support strategies, streamline operations, and lead a high-performing team to ensure an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer support strategies, processes, and KPIs
• Lead, mentor, and scale the support team across multiple channels (email, chat, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram)
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and quick issue resolution
• Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Tech, and Marketing to improve customer experience
• Manage support tools, automation, and performance analytics
• Handle escalated issues and crisis communication professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a customer support leadership role, ideally within fintech, banking, or crypto

• Experience managing support teams across different regions and time zones
