We are seeking a Flutter Developer who is a natural problem-solver with a meticulous approach to their work. You take pride in your craft, strive for excellence in your code, and demonstrate genuine care for the projects you contribute to. You are comfortable working within a cross-functional team, possess strong communication skills, and are dedicated to delivering high-quality, high-performance experiences for our diverse clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and iterate on complex UI/UX and gamified features within the Flutter framework.
• Integrate sleek animations, art, and design assets seamlessly into the application.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution across the full development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal development processes and state management patterns.
• Explore and implement new technologies and techniques to enhance our applications, including third-party integrations and custom plugins.

Experience:

Must-Haves:

• Excellent English Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English. This includes clearly articulating technical concepts, participating in meetings, and documenting work.
• Solid Foundation in Flutter/Dart: Demonstrated experience in developing and contributing to Flutter-based projects, showcasing the ability to deliver functional, performant, and high-quality code.
• UI/UX Sensitivity: A keen eye for detail when translating Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect Flutter widgets.
