Main goals:

* Management of the process of implementation and refinement of projects: prioritization of tasks, checking the status of tasks, monitoring deadlines, solving problems on tasks, managing tasks on Workflow.

* Analysis of the business logic of the project, the proposal of the optimal functionality to achieve the goals of the project.

* Writing technical specifications, decomposition and prioritization into tasks.

* Regular communication with clients.

* Conducting trainings for client representatives in person and remotely.

* Collection of project requirements.

* Communication with the development team, coordination of the workflow: development, initial testing, work with requirements.

* Project reporting.

Experience and qualifications

* Availability of technical background, management experience in mobile development or development of ERP / CRM systems

Required skills

• Experience in commercial development on Flutter for at least 3 years
• Deep understanding of Dart and OOP principles
• Experience with state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod)
• Knowledge of clean architecture principles and SOLID
• Experience with REST API, JSON
• Understanding of CI/CD basics
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of design patterns
• Experience in writing unit and widget tests
• Experience in developing native applications (iOS/Android)
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Firebase
• Experience in optimizing application performance
• Experience in publishing applications in the App Store and Google Play

Responsibilities

• Development and support of mobile applications on Flutter for iOS and Android
• Design of application architecture taking into account scalability and performance

• Code review and mentoring of junior developers
• Participation in sprint planning and evaluation tasks
• Writing unit and integration tests
