We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will help our clients get the most value from our products and build long-term relationships with them.

🎯 We are looking for people who will:

• Will increase the loyalty of our customers
• Will advise clients and conduct onboarding
• Will represent the interests of clients in the company
• Help our customers get value from using our products
• Will prepare educational materials and develop internal and external knowledge bases
• Interact with sales managers
• Have 1–3 years of relevant work experience

• You are able to listen and hear the needs of clients/partners
• You are active, sociable, and know in practice what time management is
• Confidently speak and write in English

В супроводному листі напиши будь-ласка всі варіанти, що знаєш для обмеження кількості запитів на хвилину в веб-додаток від користувача. Веб-додаток з рендерінгом від php, стандартний, без особливостей, створений на базі Laravel. Додаткові сервіси та налаштування - будь-які, на твій смак.

Наш стек:

Back-end: PHP (Laravel), місцями node.js

Front-end: Livewire, Tailwind CSS, місцями Vue.js

Databases: MySQL, Redis, ClickHouse

Додатково використовуємо: Stripe, Grafana, Highcharts і 

Нам важливо, щоб ти:

– Міг розібратись в складній системі: ти вмієш ефективно шукати відповіді, дебажити, дивитись і розуміти логи за необхідності

– Знав SQL на рівні глибше ORM - вмів працювати зі складними вкладеними запитами, угрупованнями і фільтрацією, або ж прагнув навчитись

– Мав досвід розробки API для сторонніх сервісів, розумів мікросервісную архітектуру і знав коли її необхідно використовувати

– Міг легко згадати і написати bubble-sort, знав як найшвидше знайти елемент в масиві випадкових чисел і чому це важливо

– Хотів приймати важливі рішення по організації хайлоад систем

– Умів працювати не тільки в поодинці, але і в команді

Ідеально, якщо:

– Ти вчився або отримуєш вищу освіту в одному з напрямків: ІТ, математика, фізика

– Працюєш з Laravel значний час, або не бачиш проблеми перейти на нього

– Маєш досвід в роботі з чергами і їх налаштуванням

– Добре знайомий з Docker і Nginx

– Можеш обгрунтувати для яких цілей краще Node.js, для яких PHP і коли краще варто реалізувати сервіс на Python

– Працював з ClickHouse або ж хочеш навчитись
