Business Analyst (BA)

We are looking for a qualified specialist to join our team!

Requirements:

• Knowledge and practical use of key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT (preferably in tech projects)
• Familiarity with enterprise business operations and specifics, especially from an IT perspective
• Experience in defining and documenting functional and non-functional requirements in multiple formats:
  • user stories
  • acceptance criteria
  • use cases
  • BPMN/UML diagrams
  • wireframes
• Ability to decompose complex requirements into smaller, clear, and manageable parts for different audiences (technical/business)
• Skills in business architecture frameworks
• Understanding of management principles and project management specifics
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Readiness to deliver exceptional value to our Clients
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)

Experience that will help you succeed:

• Decomposing requirements into epics and user stories
• Hands-on experience with Task Management Tools
• Customer communication experience
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience working as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Understanding of the software development process
• Knowledge of Usability and UX principles
• Structured knowledge of any BA standard (IIBA, PMI)
